Tom is professional, honest and thorough in estimating and installing. I have had Tom work on several of my properties over the years, so I knew when I needed to research encapsulation needs, Tom would be my first call. Pricing is reasonable, and he always has easy to understand explanations of what your needs are. Tom has never over sold a project.
