Description of Work: I called 12 roofing companies for estimates when I discovered a leak in our roof. Of those 12 companies called, only 2 returned my calls and showed up to provide an estimate for the repairs. 7 Summits Roofing was one of the two companies who responded. Ben showed up on time, walked the roof and took photos of the areas he thought may be contributing to the water infiltration and promised he would email me a quote within 48 hours. That 48 hour deadline came and went with not estimate from 7 Summits. I called Ben's direct cell phone several times requesting the quote and also emailed him directly asking for the quote. No response from Ben at all. Very disappointing. If they are so unreliable and flaky when it comes to just preparing an estimate, seems like it would be a huge risk to enter into a contract with them to perform work. They get an F for being completely unreliable.

Description of Work: We had some complications with the insurance company that involved 3-4 visits to our home before we could even start the work. Ben was very helpful, answered all our questions and was very patient with the difficulties we were having. They did the work in one day and it seems to be great so far. (Just a couple of weeks so far).

Description of Work: We recently moved into our new building that we remodeled. We needed a repair on a portion of our gutters. Ben came out quickly and recommended a fix that works perfectly and fit our budget for the job. Great customer service and great work. Very honest.

Description of Work: They did three different houses for us. They were excellent in all ways

Description of Work: Thy did a decent job on our roof, although we have a gutter leak where the roof meets the gutter. We did not appreciate the way they handled the money coming from the insurance company. We feel our neighbors got a better price for their roofing job caused by hail which also included--in many cases--a paint job as well. The insurance check went right to them and it was hard to pin down the exact total price of the roofing job face to face with that check. We assume the responsibility for the way the check was handled since we signed the contract. The rep DID sit outside the house to make sure his roofers were doing the right jop. The rep DID put us in touch with someone to handle our basement flooding and that was a positive. But overall, I think we will look elsewhere next time. |

Description of Work: Despite knowing the forecast called for heavy rain, they tore off the old roof...and of course, the roof leaked. Had to have my kitchen ceiling repaired. And had to find my own guy to do it since the person they sent did not speak English and never sent an estimate....And then there's the leak in the living room ceiling that had to be repaired....and the one in the bedroom....Poor communication with subcontractors--never knew when anyone was supposed to show up....and then there were billing issues--which they blamed on computer software....really surprised by how many issues we had since they came highly recommended.
