+ -1 morethe workmen were extremely polite, tidy and seemed very competent. However, the boss was extremely hard to get a hold of and always had an excuse that did not quite ring true.
Description of Work: replaced the front steps....had to do it twice because of bad wood....replaced cover over back porch....replaced ridge cap on roof

+ -1 moreHe's wonderful and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He has given me room to breathe living out of state and in another country.
Description of Work: He cuts the grass every week in the summer and maintains the sprinkler systems at one of my rental properties. I once also had a leak with my washer and he checked to make sure it didn't do any damage the surface of the drywall. He's capable of doing pretty much everything.
