Went well. They were quick and very nice guys

They dropped off the mini roll off bin when they said but picked it up a day later than expected. However we didn't get charge as much as the quote so that was a nice surprise. We kind of worried about neighbors adding stuff to the bin but it went well with that too. We didn't do a lot of comparison in prices but they were a bit less expensive than our regular disposal company.

It went fantastic as always. I have used 1800 Got Junk many times and every single time the quality of service and the professionalism of the employees have always been the highest of quality. It never seems to drop between one crew to another. I know the high quality of service they provide, however every time they always exceed my expectations from scheduling, to employees coming to haul the items away. They always go to the items that need to be hauled away so you never have to make a pile. They always are friendly, smiling and they talk to you like a person. Not like just another job done. They never complain and they always make sure you are happy before they leave. Trust me, I have had many things hauled away from heavy pellet stove to landscape timbers with nails sticking out to dead trees. I even had them haul away construction debris from drywall to carpet. They have always went and hauled the items away wherever I left them. The price is appropriate in my opinion because of the stress free of getting rid of the junk and also they take the time to recycle or take items to the appropriate place for donating. Instead of just dumping into our landfills like other companies do. I will always keep using them. Steve Larsen
