All work has been done when he said he would do it, for a reasonable, and he does great work. I am very happy and will use him in the future.

It didn't happen. Called this guy on October 13th and as of today 11-10-2016, have not heard a word from him. I realize it was a small job, but hey, at least do the courtesy of calling back and telling me that.

Paul is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. I have hired him to do various handyman tasks for 3 different rentals plus minor work at my home. He is responsive and creative in his problem solving and approach to work. He employs a companion who is less skilled but very polite. Paul's qualities make up for the lack of skill of his assistant. With rental properties, I will continually need professional assistance and look forward to his assistance in the future.

He called to ask about my project but never called or showed up. Paul is a really nice guy.

Paul and Mike were on time to meet me at the rental houses. They went right to work on the first unit which is a breeze air cooler. They got it up and running and programed the remote. While Paul was up on the roof he noticed a few shingles that had come off and/or loose. I asked if he could do a quick repair on them and he completed it before we moved on to the next house. At one of the houses Paul had to replace a drain fitting and at another he let me know that the cooler was started but on it's last leg. He explained to me how I would know when the cooler was going to have to be replaced. By the time we arrived at the last house it was starting to rain and I asked if he would like to come back and finish the last one later and he said no it would be fine for them to finish in the rain. I really appreciated them finishing so I wouldn't have to make a second trip to meet up with them. I was very pleased with Paul's work. He is quick, polite, and competent. His prices were more than fair. I will definitely call Paul back to do work for me again.

We purchased three custom windows from a local window company, and contracted with them to install. After nearly two months of the installer showing up off and on we let him go and called Paul. Paul has done other work for us, and we should have had him install the windows in the first place. Paul and Michael did an amazing uninstall/reinstall. We are thrilled with the installation. As soon as we save up, we'll definitely have them back for more projects on this 100 year-old house!

I like him a lot. Last Fall, he did some yard work for me. He put in a gate and things like that. If I have anything come up to remodel, I'd use him, not that he did any remodel for me but he's been satisfactory with everything else. I used him last year and helped me with a little landscaping. He painted my deck and landscaping mainly. I would rate him highly for whatever he did for me. He's very trustworthy, very outstanding and does a good job with whatever I've had him do. The pricing is reasonable. All the way through, I'm happy with whatever I called him in to do.

I originally contacted Paul to have him give me an estimate on finishing my laminate flooring. He came out and gave me the estimate of approximately 4-5 hours to complete the job, with the rate being $20.00/hour. He was not able to do the job for weeks, as he was busy. Therefore, I waited until this Fall to see if he would have time to do the job. As he had already given me the estimate and rate, he scheduled a time to come out within in week. He did come out as promised, yet he brought another gentleman to help him with the job. It took them 8 hours and they still didn't complete the job. At that time, I asked how much more time it would take him and he told me at least another 2 hours. It was at this point, AFTER he completed the majority of the job, that he told me his rate would now be $50.00/hour instead of the quoted $20.00/hour. Completely unacceptable. I sopke with a contractor that does carpentry on custom homes, and I was told that, even with that level of expertise, he only charges $30.00/hour. I told Paul I did not want him back to complete any more of the job (at least the 2 hours) and t hat I was very unhappy with his business practices of quoting me one price, then increasing that quote by without telling me before he did the job that day. I will not recommend his services, as this is fraudulent. This job went from being estimated at $100.00 to over $500.00.

Paul returned my call promptly, came quickly, and provided service above and beyond what I expected for less than I expected! How can it get any better than that?! Highly, highly recommend using them.

We had to wait a few weeks for Paul to be available but it was worth it. Professional, capable, respectful, skilled, polite, skilled.

He came out and brought a friend to assist with the repair. He also put up a security light for me. They did a good job. I will continue to use them in the future. Very nice man.

Paul was punctual for the day he came to give an estimate for the work needed on my home, as well as days scheduled to do the work. He, and the man helping him, were efficient and got the work completed in an appropriate amount of time. Both were polite and actually came in under the estimate. I am pleased with the results. They cleaned up all the work debris on completion and left my yard and inside of my home in the condition they found it,. I will be using Deep Valley Homes in the future should the need arise,

Paul did come out to my home. He said he would get back to me with an estimate ,but I have heard from him again.

The Gentelman was polite enough, when he came out, but I still have not had a price or any reply from him. I appreciate his visit, but not taking time off work to meet with him without any result.

The experience was good. He charges $25 an hour. He does a very good job. He schedules me as promptly as he can. His quality of work stands out and he is professional.

The Gentleman arrived on time, and was very nice. I have a wall between my kitchen and livingroom that I wanted removed. ( About 10 feet) He does not do any Electrical, or plumbing. I have both Electrical outlets, and floor heaters. I did contract a plumber to remove the floor heater. I needed the ceiling repaired from a water leak. He would not be able to start the job until December. I have two other bids I am waiting on, but felt like this guy was to expensive.

I needed to replace a bathroom floor after a broken pipe and decided to put tile back instead of laminate flooring. I wrecked out all of the old flooring, fixtures, and shower areas. Paul provided me with a quote with the understanding that I would provide all the materials and he would do the work for a labor charge only plus any minor materials he would need to complete the work. I called him and at least 2 other companies and he was by far the most economical and also ready to work without delay. I used Angie's List to find him and selected him for a quote because of the reviews on Angie. Paul did not disappoint. He was always prompt, put in a full day, and dedicated to the task at hand. One of the most pleasant, polite, and conscientious craftsman I have ever had do work. He kept the work area clean throughout the work day and other than the progress made each ay it was hard to tell he had even been there. Without a doubt if I ever need a hand again I know who I will call! Thanks Paul.

He is were very professional and did a good job. We will going to have him come back to do the backroom, deck and everything else. He did a wonderful job. He is such a good craftsman. He is professional with his work. We have to work with his schedule because he is always busy. We are fine with that because we want it done right.
