+ -1 moreWE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS MAN AGAIN.. Juan Angel Vasquez is the owner Horrible horrible to scam innocent people who work hard for their money! SHAME on him!
Description of Work: Absolutely horrible job! The job was to stucco our house...telling us he and HIS CREW would take a week to 2 weeks to complete the job. After 2 1/2 Months never completed the job, after many questionable things he did. Never showed for work, never took calls or returned them AND when we fianlly got a message on our phone he always had an excuse. We hired another company because he apparently had walked off the job after not showing for a month, and after he kept telling us he needed more money (we paid $5500.00 for the mess)! The new company told us he apparently had never done stucco before and they showed us why and we had to pay more money for them to do the job and to fix his work. Total job went from $6414.00 to now $12000.00! AND SMALL CLAIMS COURT!

+ -1 moreI hired him to roto-till and grade the entire backyard so we can plant a garden. He wrote a contract for this initial project, which ended up changing and he never updated this contract. He wasn't prompt, and often didn't show up for several days. After a few days of not showing up, not returning my calls or voicemails, I called him and left a final message telling him that I would consider our contract complete. A project that was suppose to last 4 days, has now taken 6 weeks. He finally called me, only to tell me that I still owe him money! He did not give receipts, he asked me to pay in cash, which I did, and now he is claiming there's a discrepency.
Description of Work: I hired him to do landscaping for me.
