On time. Professional. Quality product and install. Explained everything thoroughly and also signed us up for a good deal on servicing that saved us 10% on the final price. Friendly people who know their trade. I was quite impressed by how quickly they installed the cooler and the solid, professional work that resulted. I would recommend this company and plan to use them in the future as I begin to do some home repairs and upgrades. I opted to get a pricier Evap Coole--they had ones that cost less but this is the one we wanted. Also, they took care of the Excel Rebate for us--one less thing for us to worry about.

They are an excellent company and I?m happy with them. I like their competence, you know, they fixed the problems; they know what they were doing.

I have used Airstream over 2 years, when I called that I had an emergency, what I thought was a water leak in my garage - turned out it was heavy condensation. A tech came out, after 5 p.m. but before 8 & I was charged for a normal service call, not overtime. I have since had a variety of services related to cooling, heating & plumbing. The techs have always been very professional, answered all the questions I had & never pressured me to purchase anything I did not need or want. They explained all the options & I was free to choose the cheapest if that is what I wanted. Any time I have called & left a message, even if it was on a late Sunday afternoon, I have received an almost immediate return call. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were up front and did what they said they would do when they were supposed to do it. The price was too expensive. They could not get to my job for a few days.

I think he was pretty thorough with the inspection, but the one thing he did that frustrated me was that he told me I needed a $190 fan switch. I went to my local mobile home supplier and bought the switch for about $12. I felt like I was getting a scam. I have not said anything to him because I may need him again some day, but it did not make me happy. I chose them after looking at two to three companies because they seemed to specialize in mobile home stuff. Other than the price for the part I think he did a good job.

Repairman was at our home when he said he would be, was knowledgeable and performed his work efficiently.

They were excellent as far as coming out and giving me a quote. They explained everything. They were right on time. He looked over my furnace completely. He did a complete inspection of it and we discussed new furnaces and he explained the way new high efficiency furnaces work. He was very helpful.

I see the commercials all the time and it is sad to me that companies don't keep up with their equipment. If you are not going to check your messages don't have an answering machine or voice mailbox. It makes you look like you really don't need the business.

I am not happy with the overall out come!! Airstream Plumbing and Heating did not fix the problem that I am having with my moaning pipes! They did not have any idea what this problem was coming from and how to fix it, I ended up paying for a lot of repairs that were not needed. To this day I still have the main problem that I call them about to come and fix and I am going to be going with another plumbing company. I found out what the problem might be from lots of research on the internet and I am sad to say that Airstream Plumbing and Heating were clueless, for them to be a plumbing company and not know about the VENT PIPE CLOGGING and how to FIX THIS ISSUE which would have been far less than the $450.00 that I paid for fixes that were not needed!! I am very disappointed with Airstream Plumbing and Heating and will NOT be using them again!!!!

Furnace was making a very loud humming noise. Their technician (Joe) was very informative, professional and explained everything he was doing. Very please with Joe's performance.

I did not use them. They did not come when they said they would come. They quoted me about $150 for the job. They later wanted to change the quoted amount. They were professional.

great! I called, they set up an appointment. They were punctual, personable, friendly and explained everything.

What a class company, Mike came to our house on a Saturday morning on time and with a great attitude. He explained to me in great detail what he ws doing and what it would to take to fix our water heater. There were no surpises he told me what he was going to charge and the cost was very fair and the job he did has very good. I will use Mike's company again in the future. I am a very satisfied customer.

They are A rated. They are very responsive. They are very pleasant people.

They're a great bunch of guys, they're very knowledgeable, and we haven't had any complaints at all, they're fantastic. Definitely use them.

I like them because one time my furnace quit in the middle of the night and we called and left a message and the owner got it and came right over that same night to fix it.
