I realized that they were really FairBanks Construction who charged us over $20,000 for a roof job that they told the city they only charged $500 to us. Then during the job we had water coming in all over because they didnt protect the job site. Owner said they would supply us paint for repairs. Hello??? Need all new insulation not paint! Will never ever use them again over priced and scam company!!!!!

Excellent job removing the tub in two bathrooms and replacing with showers. Both done in 2.5 days. Quality work.

They don t deglaze They keep u on the phone for every I am the property manager they wanted the property owner to drive almost 4 hours to meet with an estimate agent and stay just letting me the property manager handle it even after speaking with the owner of the property they still requested her to drive over four hours she decided to go with somebody it was more local that it was fine to give me the estimate and talk with her on speakerphone at the same time There price is way to much to replace a tub and walls U can buy a tub and walls for 1/2 the price

Actually Fairbanks removed my garden tub and installed a walk-in tub with hydrotherapy. The project included an electrian & 2 plumbers....they were profession, efficient, and very approachable. The Project Team did a good job scheduling & handling any other issues or questions I had. The salesman for Koehler was excellent,also.

The work was great. They explained everything to me and cleaned up when they were finished. Jackie, Patrick and April were wonderful. Great team.

Following the completion of our bathroom remodel, we found a conspicuous flaw in workmanship. Fairbanks Construction was considerate and understanding regarding our concern. They sent Robert and Patrick to our home to assess and remedy the situation. They were very professional and courteous as they suggested a way to make it "pretty". The final step, installing a glass shower door and surrounding glass partitions, is scheduled to be completed soon. Thanks, Robert and Patrick, for a professional job! We are happy customers who highly recommend this company...and especially these two employees!
