West Shore Home Centennial

We used West Shore Home to re-do a shower in our guest bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience from sales through to installation. The in-home consultation appointment was scheduled at our convenience, and not overly long. We were able to skip the sales pitch because we knew we were going with West Shore Home when we made the appointment. Within an hour, we had our color and shelf count and paid our deposit. We had an install date within days, and it was only about 2 weeks from point of sale. The install team, Danial and Vorn, were superb. They very politely asked us if they could remove their masks while they were working, as they were on a different level of the house than we were. They protected our carpets, and left the bathroom as clean as it was when they started. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend West Shore Home.

We had our shower completely redone. It looked great but one of the bars came in the incorrect color. Joey Kun came out and changed the bar. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. He was very professional and willing to make us satisfied with the project. We appreciate his willingness to look at the couple of items that were not originally on the work order so that we didn't have to make another appointment to have someone else come out. He was just great to work with!!

initial install was not up to my expectations, but Joey Kun came out and addressed my concerns and when he left I was very satisfied. He was very pleasant and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with the job. He should be the first point of contact before they allow the others to work on the job.

Kevin and Johan arrived as scheduled, prepared to begin the work at hand. They were very professional, wearing their shirts that represented the company. They worked diligently in removing the old bathtub and shower. Afterwards replacing it with a new tub and shower. The work was done in 1 day (as expected) with no major problems. The team was SUPER! I was pleased and would love to have the same crew to do more work for me in the future (if needed).

Brandon and Jeff did an outstanding job with the installation. Very personable and accommodating.

Steve May came to repair and finish the project. He was organized, prepared, professional and successful in helping move the project toward completion. I cannot recommend him and his work highly enough.

Overall project was well done and thorough despite some design changes due to plumbing. Steve M. came by to fix a couple of minor problems post shower and tub installation and he did an excellent job. He was efficient and knowledgeable.

There were a few items that needed to be fixed after our shower install. Joey Kun fixed the shower doors (Rate him a 5) and the job looks beautiful.

Great product and customer service

After seeing many TV Commercials on TV for West Shore Home, I decided to give them a shot at dismantling & replacing my 36 year old heavy tile bathroom shower stall. Design Consultant Mark Gerlach arrived for the first appointment. He went through many options and at no time did we feel pressured to sign anything. Next, Installation Manager Neil Wenz arrived a few days later to double check the measurements. Then we waited for the proper materials to be procured. A couple weeks went by and we got a call to actually schedule the work. On the appointed day, Installers Jacob & Brandon arrived, surveyed the shower stall, and went to work putting drop cloths & stair protection down over the carpeting & wood flooring. The 36 year old tile did not want to give up but these guys prevailed. Unfortunately the job turned out to be 2 days which didnâ t matter to me. At the end of the first day, all the tools were gathered up and placed in an â out of the wayâ area, drop cloths & stair protection mats folded up and taken to the truck. These two young men were meticulous in their work ethic. I cannot say enough about how Personable, Polite and above all, VERY Professional Jacob & Brandon were. They are an absolute credit to the West Shore Home organization. Please recognize Jacob & Brandon for a job â WELL DONE!â They were great. Lastly, my Shower Stall project turned out much better than I had expected and I had a GREAT experience dealing with West Shore Home. Jerry Leppart

The installers didn't re-attach the sensor of my home security system to the new door. They told me I needed to do it myself with double-sided tape. At the time, I didn't think nothing of it, but after some thought, I realized if I am paying almost $8000.00 for this new door, then they should do the entire job themselves fully and completely without burdening me with this detail. I wished I would have thought of it at the time, or I would have told them so. Now, it looks like one of the pieces to the sensor is missing to where I cannot use the 2-sided tape to properly attach. Rod and Anthony were the installers.

Totally professional from our salesman, Mitchell. To our installers, Roger Belanger & Jeremy Williams. They were very polite and patient with my mother in law, ( which is a lot) lol. My neighbor recommended this company and now I will recommend them to anyone who is considering a walk in shower.

Garrett and Jeremy did a great job on installing two bathrooms in one day and cleaning up. Efficient, professional and courteous.

We had mold growing in our West Shore shower and tub installations. Joey Kun came right on time, and was very personable and professional. He scraped out all the mold, sprayed with alcohol to prevent future growth, and re-grouted. This was still covered under our West Shore warranty. Joey was great! I highly recommend him!
