Wow. Amazing service both professional and technical. In one day we remodeled two bathrooms. A master and the kids. We are very happy with the product and the ease of the installation. I don't know what could be done different. Cudos to Danial, Vorn, Garrett B, and Luke K. Thank you for going above and beyond. Excellent work! We appreciate Leland Mckeithen Who visited twice before we made the decision to proceed. He was very patient and informative. We felt no pressure. Absolutely no regrets.

The installers, Daniel and Vorn were excellent and efficient. They answered all our questions as they went along doing the job. I would recommend this company to all our friends and anyone else. They know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling and they use good quality materials. We also had the glass doors put on the shower where our tub used to be. I give them 5 stars for the workmanship and everyone I dealt will overall.

We needed to have our garden tub replaced with a large shower with grab bars. After looking into other options, we called West Shore Home of Raleigh to arrange a consultation. Joe Miller visited us the very next day. Though we had agreed that we would listen to his presentation but not sign on, we were so impressed with the product & presentation that we signed on the dotted line. We had a 3 day period to cancel. During that time we visited their show room & were even more convinced that we had made the right decision. Mike, Tony & Xavier arrived to take out that garden tub & leave us with a large shower with an easy step entry. They explained what they would do, asked where we wanted the grab bars & shelves & at what height. They covered the floors they would be walking on & said they would be finished about 3:00pm. With that we left the house. Mike called us at 2:00pm to say they would be finished in about an hour. We returned home & were amazed at what they had done in such a short time. We had new walls, shower head, grab bars shelves, & sliding, glass doors. The house was left clean with no trace that any changes had been made that day. Mike, Tony & Xavier were professional & did an excellent job. More importantly, they were kind & compassionate. Thanks so much!! We love our new shower!!

Chelsea was very informative and helped us make our best decision for our new shower. Don and Jacob were punctual and very personable. They explained every step and answered all our questions. Very efficient and professional installation. We will definitely call on this team for our next makeover. We have already recommended them to our friends.

Joe & Rob, the installers, were punctual, polite, informative, and efficient, finishing up removal of large tub enclosure and replacement with walk in shower earlier than expected. They took care to cover flooring for excavation and removal of old fixtures and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was finished.

Jake Dorman was our design consultant. Kyle and Alex were our installers. The whole team made it a stress free and overall a great experience.. I highly recommend west shore homes.I am very satisfied with their work.

From the very knowledgeable and thorough salesman who came to the house to the installer, the experience was excellent. I especially liked that West Shore does NOT use sub-contractors so we told told right up front what our installer would do. He showed on time, put down drop cloths wherever he was walking through our house, wore a mask, and continually cleaned up after any mess, even outside. He consistently explained what he was doing as he went along and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend.

They did a really good job and they came about 8:00am and was done about 6:00pm. Yes the job was done in one day and they changed all the old parts with new part.

Dan met with us to talk about what we wanted done and what our expectations were. We wanted a new shower that needed very little taking care of. He gave us a presentation, showed us our options and explained the value of using West Shore Home. We purchased that day. Within 10 days our shower was installed by Garrett and Sam. They were professional, clean, nice and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with our decision and within 8 hrs we had a new shower that we love!!!!! Highly recommend them!! Neil F was prompt. He followed the CDC guidelines for Covid-19. He was friendly and courteous. He was a professional at all times. He removed the old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. He removed all debris, and the walk-in shower is great. I would highly recommend him.

West Shore scored! From the design consultant, Dan Buccola to the installation. Completed in one day as promised and it looks beautiful! Our installers, Sam and Kaile were top notch! Very professional and friendly, plus they left my home as clean as they found it. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks West Shore for our new and much larger shower!

Shawn and Devon were on time and did a great job. The shower turned out just as the sales rep promised.

Lots of human error. They responded to all issues, but it took a long time and many trips. We financed for 24 months no interest no payment, except that is not what received. Instead payments started day one and interest after 6 months. We feel duped.

We had a walk-in tub installed. Daniel and Vorn our installers were pleasant, detail oriented, and overall very professional. Their concern was for our satisfaction.

They did come out and do what appears to be a good job. It looks great. They did not do any testing to determine if plumbing leaks. We could tell because there was still air in the lines when we were allowed to use the shower days after completion. You can say the fact that there was air says no leaks, but that only covers you up to the valve. From the valve to the showerhead could be leaking and it is in a sealed wall and nobody checked it. What they missed...The parts that you cannot see. We did some other updating in the bathroom and finally got around to painting. Absolutely no attempt to seal the top or to cover the corner piece they put in. Basement bathroom, so plenty of moisture will get behind there and cause mold. Not at all what I expected for the price they charge. UPDATE 1: Contacted the company via their website. No response. Contacted salesperson via email. Got called back from someone else. Told the installation manager would contact me *shortly* to come out and look at it. After a week, called back. Still, no idea what they are doing. Claimed they will call. Not optimistic. Absolutely no post-sales support. I hope we never have to deal with a warranty issue with them. UPDATE 2: Got a spam message from corporate asking how we are enjoying our new shower. Detailed all the issues in the response which goes to the regional manager. This is what finally got us a callback. UPDATE 3: General manager for location came out. Former installer. Said they should not need to back the gap and can just caulk it. To me, seems too big for that, but they said they will do it, and if it does not hold or does not look right, they will replace the wall panel(s). Pretty condescending to the customer. Has a plan on how to check for leaking too. Saying the right things anyway. Said would have a tech out within 45 minutes to take care of everything. Told them they had a hard deadline of 2.5 hours to complete which should not have been a problem. Nobody showed. Nobody called. UPDATE 4: Finally got a call back 24 hours after someone was supposed to be here. Finally got someone to come out the next day. Just fill all the gaps with no backing. Need to wait until it cures to see if it holds, but not hopeful on the corner piece. UPDATE 5: Had a chance to check the caulking. Not holding at all. Suspect the gap is too big to caulk. Corporate is involved now, we will see if they can make it right.

The service technician explained to me the process he was going to perform to re-caulk my shower. He replaced the caulking and cleaned the shower pan and left me instructions on how to properly keep my shower cleaned and looking new. He cleaned up his work area. Joey Kun was very professional and efficient with the service he provided.
