First of all a shout out needs to go to the installer -- Josef S. he was awesome. Josef knows how to install a tub to shower conversion and do the job right. The final work is perfect all caulking is straight and even. No damage done to any other area of the bathroom. He is also very personable and easy to work with. He had great insight into where and how to install shelves, grab bars and to finish off around the molding. If the installer isn't competent then even the finest of materials won't provide a usable shower. Here the installer was very competent and the materials are top notch. Color of the actual product was a perfect match for the sample provided by the sales rep. The job was completed in 7 hours and all debris was cleaned up. I checked the installation of the new water pipes and job was done correctly. I like that they take it down to the studs before installing new walls to lay the shower surround on. Also minimal joins so lot less of a chance of a leak. The quality of the adhesives and caulking compounds is also good. Josef built a new subfloor under the floor pan so it will be properly supported. (saw videos on other companies web site where they just shimmed the existing floor so it was level not the way to do it) Our sales rep was Jeremy and he was also competent and a professional, personable and very easy to work with. He didn't use high pressure tactics but did take the time to explain the process, the product and warranty so we fully understood what would be done. Finally the work was scheduled about a week from signing the contract. Given visits of relatives the work needed to be done before end of July or after August 20th this was noted in the contract just in case they needed to work around our schedule limitations. In fact they would have been able to schedule a few days earlier but we had appointments that couldn't be changed. Finally customer service folks are courteous and knowledgeable. They called to confirm the initial sales appointment, called to schedule the installation and then called a few days prior to again confirm the date and what would be required the day of the installation. All in all a remodeling project that went smoothly with no issues or problems.

Professional - they delivered what they promised. Removed the old tile and tub, repaired a small crack in the drain line and installed the new walk in shower in one visit. The install crew was great.

Remodeled/Upgraded shower and it turned out wonderful! Josef & Mikhail were very professional, courteous and tidy. Highly recommended.

Macon and Brandyn were clean, efficient, they did a really good job and answered all of our questions. They were extremely courteous & nice. Lastly, they cleaned up all of their mess.

Must admit I was a little worried about the quality of a one day install but came out very pleased with the end product. Josef S. the installer arrived on time was courteous professional and represented the company very well. Josef went over the project then went straight to work. Josef checked in with us all through the project making sure we were satisfied with what was going on. Shower gives are bathroom a high-end look TY Josef and West Shore. In and out one day - beautiful and professional job. No hassles with scheduling or availability of materials. The installation and installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up the area well when finished.

Installers AJ Nocito and J C Collins did an awesome job installing my walk-in shower. Both installers were very professional and considerate of my needs during the installation process and I would recommend them to everyone. I can't close this review without mentioning, Josef S. (installer) for his professionalism and skill full workmanship at installation of our Walk-in Shower. Thank you, West Shore Home.

Joe B. and Logan did a fantastic job, with this project, had to rip out the concert floor to get to the shower drain. The price was affordable considering the work that they did . They cleaned up every day that they were there.
