Vorn... veteran (thank you for your service) and Danial removed a shower and a garden tub and installed a large shower in the place of the garden tub. The old shower area will become a much needed closet. That area was dry walled in ready for the balance of the work to be completed. The new shower has easy to clean walls that extend up to 96 inches overlayed on solid plywood, hand bars that will support >300 pounds and a custom made base to fit the area. They replaced the plumming and the company plumming inspector came to check the work during the job. Shower doors were installed for a sleek, shiny step-in shower. They crew of 3 work very hard all day. They placed floor coverings over my wood floors for protection and left the area clean.

Their daily commercials may seem like hype, but West Shore did exactly what they promised, and my sad 40+ year old shower enclosure was upgraded to a sleek and shiny step-in shower with grab bars and shelves. I wonder why I waited so long? My salesperson was knowledgeable and explained everything. The installation went smoothly, too. Everything was first rate, from my salesperson to the install team, but especially my new shower enclosure!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Joey Kun. Very friendly, very professional, and he took the time to show me the things he did in separate stages and gave me great recommendations on how to keep my tub spotless from dirt residue.

Dan Batchelder was excellent with his presentation & explained every detail so no surprises or additional expense. The install only took a few days to schedule. Roger Belanger our installer was also wonderful & timely. No mess to clean up & explained care for products. Both employees were a joy to work with. What a wonderful experience this was.

Best experience ever! These guys were dynamos! They showed up at 8 and they were done by 4. The teamwork was phenomenal. They worked hard all day but were sociable--it was good to hear the laughter as they worked. If they ran into an issue they called an expert, who showed up right away. They cleaned up after themselves, and left me with a beautiful bathroom my family and I can be proud of and enjoy for many years. Thank you Danial, Vorn, Roger, and Ralph!

We West Shore Home replace a jet tub with a walk-in shower and could not be more pleased! The product is first class, the installrs, Alex S and Jeremiah B were excellent from beginning to end. Well-trained, courteous and respectful of our home. Great job all around.

You can have a great product but the INSTALLERS make the difference between a 1 star or 5 star review. Kyle Hand and Tra C were stellar! Attitude, work ethics and workmanship! They worked well together, even when running into install challenges. We are THRILLED with the product and look of our new step in shower. Cost might seem a little high, but as my Daddy says, "you get what you pay for." Our house was built in 1942, galvanized pipes and plaster walls that old are never easy to work with. West Shore stood by their initial quote, even after running into repairs and issues with rotted floor, pipes and plaster not wanting to break straight resulting in two day install vs the advertised one day. I have nothing but high praise for the company and the installers.

We were very pleased several years ago when we had the bathroom shower remodeled. Yesterday we had bath bars installed in the shower. Joey K was very polite, arrived on time and cleaned the area before he left. We were very happy with the service.

WOW is in order! The installers Kyle H and Alex M were polite and professional by being on time and answering any questions I had. Went over after care and gave instructions on how to maintain shower and tub. Project was finished quickly and with care. West Shore Home is given five stars and will recommend to friends and family.

I was amazed from beginning to end on my shower replacement. Everyone from representative Tim who went beyond the call of duty to the installation done by Garrett B and Sam M who done an exceptional job. All were professional, kind and made me a very happy camper. Garrett and Sam cleaned up after themselves and I did not have to micromanage this project as I have been known to do in the past. My sincere thanks to all of you. You all deserve a raise and the owner should be proud to have you on his staff.
