The salesperson knew the product and the company. No hard sell. When Justin B. and Joel T came to do the install, I was amazed at the time it took them to install my walk-in shower. They were friendly and did a fabulous job - I love my new shower!

Our experience with West Shore Home was amazing from beginning to end. Tobias came out a few weeks ago to present the company and product and was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile for us. The scheduling team was very nice and helpful. Our install team came out a little over 2 weeks after the initial consultation and they were wonderful! Eric Allen, Joseph B., and Mateo did an excellent job!! They were prompt, very kind and generous, extremely helpful, knew what they were doing, and worked really well together. They kept us informed all day long, answered all questions we had, and got the job done in one day!! They result of our shower/bathtub is gorgeous!! Thank you everyone for the wonderful work and customer service!!

Thomas J. did a very good job removing our tub and installing a shower. He worked mostly by himself with some help from Master Plumber. The process was well explained and any questions were answered. All was done in a days time.

Shane and Sara who removed my old tub and shower and replaced it with a new walk in shower were very professional, courteous and prompt.

Tom J and Eric A are true professionals which was demonstrated by the quality of their work, ongoing updates, and respect for my house. The master plumber fixed a big issue with the drain and we appreciated the Hunter (supervisor) stopping by.

The installation crew, Shane, Spencer and Joe arrived right on time. They were very hard workers. They were also very polite. Shane did a wonderful job on day 2 of finishing the installation by himself.
