Description of Work: We have our sprinkler system maintained by Mark, at Water Ketch each year and have done so for numerous years (10+years). We were given his name by a friend that has used him at their home in Greenwood Village for even longer. He has always given great advice, never up sells us nor over sells us with what we do not need. For example : Our Control Box was original to our 1979 house and still ran great. He endorsed our continued use of it and in fact tuned it a number of years ago and in deed it has continued to "keep on ticking" ; old or not. This past year we decided even though it worked fine , we did not want to continue the adjustments necessary to accommodate the complicated watering conservation schedule so called him to install a new one. So happy with his recommendation and price. The install was seamless and as always he was very professional; arrived on time, was efficient but not hurried and harried. He has always run a great business and we appreciate the increased service of contacting us in the Spring and Fall to see if we want to schedule the system turned on or to schedule a end of season blowout. He has been easy and convenient to deal with both in terms of schedule and payment. Price is always reasonable and fair market value.

+ -1 moreThey were so good. It ended up being a rather large job. The first guy that came out, Lawrence, was very nice. Then Mark came and joined him and they worked very well together, both were so very nice, and totally fixed my problem.
Description of Work: They came and worked on my sprinklers. They fixed all of them and even installed new pipes.
