Very professional. Promptly showed up for estimate and installation at time the said they would. Installation was quick and installer was very efficient and made sure no mess was left after installation. Finished product was great and as advertised.

I would recommend Scottish Window Tinting all day long. They were awesome.We did it on Friday they came out on Monday and I think they did it on a Thursday. It's like four business days. We did another window, so we paid a little bit more. I thought the sales and the installation were awesome. They talked us into having a little darker tent and we might have gone but we are so glad they did. They were spot on. We were pleased with the value for the money.

These people are fantastic. First we had a consultation visit where all the details of the process were explained and we were able to pick the tint that we wanted. Next, we set up a date to install, just a few days later. These people are on time, super polite, have excellent knowledge of their product and did a terrific job. Our windows look fantastic and the heat reduction is amazing. Now we see Mt. Evans more clearly than before and can look at it "all" day.

I purchased the big deal for 40 sq ft of windows. I knew I needed more done, but figured this would be a good start. I was contacted by Mike within 30 min of purchasing the big deal, and we had an estimate set up within a few days. Mike arrived early, was very professional, and didnt try to up-sell me on anything. He brought samples of tint with him, which made it much easier to decide what to go with. They endied up tinting a large 12ft window in my garden level basement, another 46" window in the basement, and frosted 2 egress windows in basement bedrooms (I hate the ugly view of the egress caverns). They also tinted two more 46" windows in my top floor (one for a nursery and one in the master bath). The extra windows cost me more than the big deal, but appx $500 for all of them was more than fair. The installers arrived a few minutes late, but it was no big deal. They were in and out within 2 hours. The overall quality of the job was very good. I did find a few small bubbles in one of the frosted windows. I notified Mike and he had his installers come back and redo the window the very next day. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I will be using Scottish in the future.

From the first contact this company has provided excellent service. The appointments clerk was kind and friendly. The sales rep was knowledgeable about the products offered. The installer was skilled and quick. I could not ask for a better experience. I will certainly go back to them for the other windows that we want tinted in the future.

They are as new to this as I am so we met and they are going to come out and install a window Tuesday. The young man that came out, I was very impressed with. He was on time for our appointment and he did not do the whole upsell thing that I thought he would. I told him I wanted to test the tinting in one room and it is the hottest room in the house so if it works for me I will consider doing the whole house. He said, that's all that we can ask. I happen to know that it was a decent price so I was not put off by that. He came out and he measured and we talked. I chose the tinting level and as I say he didn't try to upsell me which I was prepared for and which would have turned me off. When they got the word that I had bought the coupon they called me immediately. It worked out well. He was very nicely dressed and did not look like a workman. He asked if I wanted him to take his shoes off at the door. I thought he was great.

We had purchased very expensive window film from a firm in England. It was supposed to be easy to install. My husband and I worked all day on one patio door and it looked awful. Full of bubbles, stretched. Really just a mess. Called for help and someone came that evening. Worked diligently on the next windows. Said it was terrible quality and he couldn't do a good job so he charged nothing for his work. They still looked much better than ours. You can't beat that kind of professionalism.
