Reed Hoffman with Reliable Home Solutions did a fantastic job! My bathroom exceeded my expectations. It came together beautifully. I only wish I could attach pictures. It was just the spa-like feel that I was going for. I love how RHS brings design ideas based on their experience of what has worked well and what hasn't. My expectations of what was included and what was not were set perfectly. The project started on time, included everything I asked for, and the quote was dead on. Reed puts a lot of thought into the design process and ensures he knows what your needs/desires are every step of the way (I love his design program). This is the fourth remodeling effort for which I have hired RHS. At my last home they re-tiled a bathroom and finished a basement. In my new home they (1) installed an exterior door into what was previously a garden level basement, making it a walkout and (2) they have remodeled my master bathroom. They are in scope, on time, and within budget. How often can you say that about a company? I have mixed feelings about sharing my satisfaction with RMS - They deserve the kudos, but I will likely have to wait longer for future efforts!
