Bronson did a wonderful job pointing everything out on a starter home for me-very thorough, attentive, and responsive to additional questions I had throughout the process. Everything was checked and reviewed carefully to map everything out to hire contractors when I moved in. I cannot recommend Bronson or for that matter quality building inspections more highly. Doug and Bronson were very thorough, detailed, and professional during our inspection for our new home and I highly recommend everyone utilize this great company. Even if the items found were not things we would particularly ask the seller for concessions for, they were definitely items I would want to watch or update as a new home owner down the road. It was great. Matt did an excellent job, was professional, answered all my questions and was very detail oriented, and very knowledgeable. Last time I did a home inspection it was with one of the large inspection companies in the area, they sent some unknowledgeable kid, barely coordinated and they totally unimpressed. Mat was our inspector. He was great. We have purchased several homes through the years but, our old inspector retired. Since we have shopped/used some other inspectors. Mat is the first good one that we have had since our friend Willis retired. He took us through the inspection with him and explained what he was seeing and why it was a concern or why he was pleased with what he saw. He also performed a radon test and was able to give us the results on the spot. We will use him again. The cost included the radon test

Phenomenal! I called Doug on a Saturday afternoon with the intention of leaving a voicemail for him and two other inspectors, who were referred to me by my realtors Babs and Craig Oliver. He answered immediately and spent the next half hour walking through the process with me, addressing all my concerns, answering new-home-buyer questions and determining pricing. Within minutes, I knew Doug was of the utmost quality when it came to his knowledge, work ethic and customer service; thus, I never called another company. A week later, Doug was at the home early and prepared to discuss the 11 page engineer report (that was included in the seller disclosure) I had sent him beforehand. From there, he allowed my wife and I to tag along on his entire inspection (except the roof), constantly asking ridiculously naive questions. Doug never faltered. He was able to clearly articulate each problem's degree of severity, potential cost and suggestions for repair or improvement with specific names of companies he respects. All the while, laughing along with my "dad jokes" (as my wife calls them). Haha. Later that night, we received a thorough report describing everything we had talked about during the inspection, including pictures, recommendations and the radon test output. This is my first home-buying experience so I have no comparison to other inspectors, but I am, however, highly inquisitive and attentive to detail. I can promise you that Doug Fast accomplished everything I wanted and more at a great price. I intend to continue using Doug for my own inspections and for his knowledge of external specialists. Plus, I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks again for your help, Doug!

It went very well. It took about 2 and a half hours. Doug, the inspector, went through everything himself initially, then walked me through it all. It was very nice to have someone go through and break down the inspection process for me as I am not the most home savvy. His knowledge and understanding of a good vs bad home and his ability to communicate it at my level of understanding was phenomenal.

Matt was very professional and answered all questions to the best of his knowledge. He was thorough. I would hire them again if I was going to purchase a house again.

I had Doug perform a home inspection and radon test on a house I am planning on buying. He was punctual and professional. He was very thorough at explaining everything and how serious the various issues were. As well as informing me what needed attention in the near future and what I needed to monitor over the next few years. Often in situations involving inspectors and contractors the average home owner can be lost in terminology. Doug was great at wording things in a way that I could understand.

Doug was incredibly thorough, opened and closed every single thing with a hinge or a latch, talked us through every single thing he saw, and the explained it in terms we understood, and also was blunt and honest about the severity, and what needed to be fixed, and what was a lower priority in a way that made every thing seem less overwhelming. He didn't get paid by the hour but took his time and was patient with all of our questions and clarifications. I don't know if I will every buy a house again without Doug looking at it.

Both Doug and Adam did an incredible job with my home inspection. Very prompt and professional. The report was very detailed and they took the time to explain in detail the issues.

Doug spent several hours reviewing the interior and exterior of my house as well as appliances and systems (HVAC, plumbing etc.) The review is limited as to what can be seen without tearing up the house, but still very helpful in identifying matters that need to be addressed by the builder in my new home. He also gave me advice on things around the house that I should monitor and/or have serviced to prevent issues in the future. Being an owner of a house for the first time, this information will be very useful for me going forward and well worth the cost.

Wonderful! Very easy to book appointment and inspector showed up early and performed a very thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and went through condo as if it was his home, making recommendations and educating me on the heating/cooling/electrical system. Would highly recommend!

He had so many helpful suggestions for ways to maintain the property and suggestions about things we might want to do once we move in. The company also provides a protection plan and a one year membership to an online homeowner service.
