Rotten work!!! As you have read, they do not stand behind their work. They poured a driveway within a year it was flaking badly. Called them out to repair or replace it, after doing so again within a year concrete was pitting. I tried three times to call them back they never answered. They first were blaming it on magnesium chloride, that's not the cause.

I recommend this company. They do a good job on concrete and when something needs to be fixed, they fix it. I have found Curtis, the owner, to be a man of character and integrity. The concrete they laid for my garage was well done, sloped appropriately and has no cracks after a year. The only problem was water left stains on the concrete. Curtis came out and went above and beyond to fix the problem and now my concrete looks amazing. Thanks Curtis for awesome service! I highly recommend Pro Form Concrete!

Pro Form Concrete will not stand by their work, even though they say they do. I had Curtis and his crew add on a driveway extension in May 2016. In November- December of 2018 the top of the driveway began to chip away and basically erode. I sent an email to Curtis and he responded by coming to my house the next day. He p to tell me it's my fault the driveway is doing this. He said it was because I wasn't washing my car enough, and the mag chloride was dripping off of it causing the concrete to chip and fall away. He then said I also wasn't washing my driveway, in the middle of winter, to remove the mag chloride. I then told him several neighbors, on the same street, had new driveways put in at the same time and theirs looked as good as the day they were poured. They went washing their driveway in the middle of winter either. Curtis then started to blame his concert supplier and said he would need to contact them and have the materials tested to see if there was an issue. Well he we are almost a year later and Curtis has never gotten back with me. So the bottom line is this, if you like poor service and spending thousands of dollars on a product that won't last 2 years contact Pro Form. If you want a product that will last call someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STICK TO THEIR WORD OR STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. DISHONEST, DECEITFUL AND SLIMY!!!!!!!! The company was punctual and did a decent job on the floor, but two weeks later the floor revealed many stains. Any time we got the floor wet or rain dripped off our cars the it left stains on the floor. It is also very mis-colored and inconsistent. After calling multiple times (just called again right now) I have been given the run around. "We'll let you know when we can come out to take a look." 3 weeks of that now. Dave, the project manager just hung up on me after saying it was too unsafe to give me the owners number while he was on the road. I paid 2 days after the project was done and should have waited a couple weeks till drying and curing had completed. But now that I've paid they will not stand behind their work. Very disappointed!!!!!

Had a minor issue afterwards- owner came to my house and took care of it personally.

Fine- showed up as agreed. Got job done quickly. Cleaned up well- update 5/18/2018 They did a good job on the concrete work. However, they drove a stake through a sprinkler line. I called them and they said, "someone will get back to you next week." No one did. After 2 weeks I called again- left a message, no return call. A week later I got a guy on the phone. He said, "I sent out 2 guys. They must have had the wrong house or you weren't home." I asked why no one called. He had the correct number, "oh, they must have misdialed." Then he said they would have fixed it- well, then why didn't they? And why didn't he say the first time- we will come out and fix it? They refused to reimburse the repair cost I had. "it says in the contract we are not liable." Did not even offer a partial reimbursement. I am happy with the concrete work, but very unhappy with the lack of communication when there was a problem. To be clear- the actual job was done well and professionally- however, the way the problem afterwards was handled left a very sour taste- minor problem and I can't even get a call back.

It went very well and we are quite happy and satisfied with the work. The crew arrived on time in the morning both days. Finished the tear out and prep the first day. And finished pouring the concrete by noon the 2nd day. They also replaced two fence posts that needed to be taken down once they started the RV pad. But did not add any more to the price for this extra work. Crew was very competent and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company. Road Base and ReBar is what they use normally!

Everything was excellent!

The guys at Proform were very knowledgeable and professional. We had a little hiccup with timing - to get ready for the project I rented a roll-off dumpster unit to clean out the junk in the garage and they weren't able to pick it up in time for our originally scheduled start date for the concrete work. Dave at Proform was very understanding and he massaged his schedule to accommodate a later start date. The work was done in two half day chunks, quick and easy!

They were quick, professional, and did a quality job. In addition to the driveway there was some faux stone on the front of the house which had come loose from heaving of the old driveway. Curtis agreed to get this fixed at the time as well. He had to hunt to find matching stone - which took a bit of time, but he was great about finding it and getting that part of the job done. I appreciate there good work and attention to detail.

They told me that they dont do little areas like that...I think you should be able to do any size asked by a customer

I had explored several different options for coating/resurfacing etc as well as several different contractors. I hated the thought of replacing what is in reality nothing more than rock at such a high price. Some of the estimates I received were five figures. Curtis and his crew were hands down the best solution in every way. Curtis himself responded to my request for a bid and gave a very lucid and thorough explanation of what he would do and how he would guarantee the work. His estimate for when his crew would show up was very close to actual even though this was the busiest time of the year. I had adequate time to clear my garage and get ready for the job. Pro Form's crew of five made quick work of removing the old in a half a day; they added 3-4 inches of road base where none was present from the original and also reinforcing steel where none was previously present. On pouring day, the crew showed up very early after first asking if they could do so. They began pouring about 7: 30 am and completed finishing about 11:30. I asked for and received a rougher finish as my driveway is sloped and I wanted better traction in winter. I watched the entire process and was repeatedly asked if I approved of the results. The crew cleaned up fairly well but there were two problems that Curtis, himself resolved within a weeks time - a gutter drain pipe was not installed properly and one of the workers had dumped excess concrete at the side of my house. Even though I had already paid Pro Form for the work, Curtis came back and fixed the drain and cleaned up all of the dumped concrete. It is now October and as I wanted to wait to see how the driveway looked after several months, I have to say that I am still very pleased at the look and condition of my driveway.

EXCELLENT. MOTHER NATURE HASN'T BEEN COOPERATIVE, BUT THERE WAS A WINDOW OF DECENT WEATHER TO ALLOW THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED.CUTIS WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US IN EXPLAINING WHY THE PREVIOUS DRIVEWAY WAS FALLING APART AND HOW HE WOULD PROVIDE US WITH A NEWER DRIVEWAY. WHAT WAS AMAZING WAS THAT AFTER MEETING WITH CURTIS, WE WERE ABLE TO SPOT THE FLAWS OR SHORTCOMINGS IN OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED.USUALLY WE'RE TOLD TO GO WITH THE LOWEST BIDDER. IN THIS CASE WE WENT WITH THE BEST PERSON FOR THE JOB REGARDLESS OF PRICE, BELIEVING IN THE AXIOM, and quot;YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FORand quot;.

They were excellent and I really liked them. They really did a great job.

Curtis and the Pro Form team did an excellent job installing additional concrete area to match my existing driveway. I believe the company has extensive knowledge and experience with concrete even though they are a young company. The employees are a good bunch that worked very well together. Each person on the team contributed to the whole and worked hard to make sure the job succeeded. I was very impressed. The communication about the schedule and education about the concrete process, from start to finish, was excellent all around. Most importantly, Curtis, the business owner, is an honest business man with a good character. In my dealings with him, it was easy to tell that he really does care about his employees, his customers, and he'll do what's needed to maintain his company's good reputation. Because of this, I believe this small company will grow and prosper to the benefit of many satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them.

The project was split into 2 phases. The first was the garage (due to weather and temperature). ProForm came in and efficiently removed the floor and poured the new floor in one day. Great work. The second phase was tearing out the back patio and expanding the patio area into one large level. This was a bigger job and took the 2nd day to pour the concrete. They even corrected a steep curb.

The job went very well. Mr. White was very professional in his visits, presenting the proposal, and he provided my wife and I good education about the concrete business. Once the project was started his crew reported to the job site as promised, completed the job on time, and everyhting is perfect! Two of my Highlands Ranch neighbors will be calling Pro Form when they get ready to start their driveways.
