In everything we do, whether it's in the office or in your home, we strive to do what's right. But what does "right" mean to us? What standard are we measuring ourselves against? The answer is hidden in our company's name.
A "plumb line" is a string attached to a weight. Its purpose is to ensure that something is upright and straight. It provides an objective standard against which one can measure what he has built.
Our "plumb line"—our test for doing what's right—is doing what's true, fair, and upright according to the moral standards set by God.
Jeff Belk, our founder, used that standard to create our company's Core Values.
These values inhabit every nook and cranny of Plumbline Services. Meaning these are the values we hire by. Fire by. And—most importantly for you—live by.
I recently had Plumbline replace both my furnace and HVAC, and overall, they did an excellent job. The installation was professional, and the team was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of my home. There was a minor issue that required some additional money out of my pocket, but I was impressed by how quickly and fairly the company reimbursed me. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and I appreciate their prompt resolution to the matter. Despite the hiccup, I'm very happy with the end result and would recommend Plumbline for anyone needing furnace or HVAC services. It is clear they value their customers and stand behind their work. New service was installed. They did not clean up, I had shards of metal on the floor, not good, especially when you have a new kitten. They called me to schedule my first appointment. I called and said I was returning their call, they sent me to voicemail. Can I move my warranty?

I don't get this company, I paid for 24/7 vip service for 3 years and they can't help me until the next day afternoon? Elijah hung up on me because he wasn't the drain clean guy. My toilet has been on the floor in the corner for 5 days! The water is backing up into the basement and we can't use any water in the house! No bathroom, no shower, no sink! I cannot believe this company. I guess I'll crap in a hole in the yard and burn it like I did in Iraq. All I get on the phone is I'm sorry there is nothing we can do. Are you serious? You don't have coverage over night to fix the problem you caused? Now my PTSD is acting up and I'm not going to be able to sleep, I have to work weekends! I also have to take off work tomorrow to come home and deal with this unprofessional company. But that's only 1 part of Plumbline. The electrician that came out did a great job so I'm conflicted and ****** and frustrated and now the ladies in the house can't use the toilet. Atleast in Iraq we had a porta-potty as a back up, we don't even have that. I just can't believe this ****. I still have to have them come out and do 7k (est) worth of work that I can't afford yet which is why I agreed to the line blasting or whatever it's called in the first place. What the **** am I supposed to do now? It's midnight and nothing is open. VIP my ***!

We were offered a deal by Plumline Services which included 2 rebates and a transferable 10 year warranty that would end on May 31st. We were originally scheduled for Thursday by the service consultant, with us and one other customer at the top of their work orders. He called and said that they were overbooked and he rescheduled us for this past Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and it rained the morning they were suppose to come out and I got a call from the service consultant saying that they couldn't do the job with our A/C being installed on the roof (OSHA regulations) I was told. He rescheduled us for this coming Monday, that was unacceptable for the wife and I with the weather starting to heat up again this weekend. I pleaded with the service consultant that can we get the A/C installed first and asked to speak with his boss when I couldn't get a next day install. My wife received an "automated text" saying that an installer will come out today from 1-5 pm. When I came home from work the installer didn't show up. I called Plumline and eventually the service consultant's boss told me he can't get anyone to install the A/C and he had to pull a permit to build a platform for the new unit (the same thing he told my wife). I'm the process of canceling my financing and we have a 6 year old grandson that doesn't want to come over for the weekend because our A/C is broken. We unfortunately live in an HOA community and the service consultant deals with HOA's all time, apparently he didn't do a good job in dealing with ours. Full of lame excuses, don't go with these clowns for anything!

It didn't - the plumber was a no-show. I scheduled a plumber for the afternoon, but got a call in the morning that I would be the next customer. I explained that this was a surprise, because I had scheduled an afternoon appointment. I cancelled appointments, re-arranged my day and waited. Two hours later I called to find out where the plumber was, since I had been "the next customer" for two hours. Ruby, the scheduler told me that yes, I was next, but the plumber was entitled to another hour to show up. So I waited. After that additional hour had expired, I called again. "We'll send someone right over," they said. I explained that I was trying to be accommodating but that my time for the day was running out. I was willing to give them one more chance, and since the plumber was in a location that was 30 minutes away, I said, "ok, send him over." After that 30 minutes elapsed I got a call from the plumber who said he would be another 30-40 minutes before he would get there, at which point I simply cancelled. Plumbline ruined my day and cost me money. But I guess they have enough customers that my business simply wasn't important to them.

So I have had a lovely experience with Plumbline Services...starting on June 5th I had an appointment and got a call that they had a computer glitch and had to reschedule 100+ people...okay...now I’m rescheduled for June 11th 1-5 time slot, after 5 that day we get the call they can’t show up...I rescheduled again for Saturday June 15th, the guy does show up without the right equipment and is confused on what I need done( a tune up) mind you I have specified and made sure that they know I’m on the 3rd floor of a condo...they have assured me no problems we can do that not one person but 3 people have confirmed this...next the guy tells me he brought the wrong ladder and is not comfortable doing it...okay I tell him kindly to leave and have to call and reschedule again...they say this is a 2 person job so they will send 2 techs out...okay we are getting somewhere..mind you the roof is flat and the access is on the landing of stairs so not high but I get you need someone holding the ladder...I call the morning of June 25th to confirm I’m on the schedule and they are sending 2 techs...yup we have you down and 2 techs will be coming...guess what?!?! One tech showed up!!! they never had another tech scheduled and he too could not do the job...how do companies like this stay in business??? The last tech told me his boss would be informed of the mix up and they would call me to get something set up...they called 2 days later to tell me they can’t do the job sorry...now I have not said one thing negative to these people I have been quit understanding...I get it I don’t want anyone to feel unsafe...but when you tell me and I call you specifically looking for a services that you said in the very beginning that you could do I’m little confused...so basically none of your employees are knowledgeable about your services and there is zero communication going on in the company...your techs really have no idea what they are walking into...both techs who did come acted like they had no idea what I was getting done or that I lived on the 3rd floor. I would never recommend this company for anything...to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If I could give a negative rating I would.

FABULOUS! From the first call to completion of work, we could not have asked for anything better. We received a referral to Plumbline from another professional electrician organization because we were outside their service area. Every interaction via phone and email was timely, professional, informative, and relevant. The electrician who took our call was terrific. He took great care of our home as he did his job in practically every room in our house (smoke detectors). He made a fair and balanced recommendation as to what the replacement units should be like (we opted for the no-fuss, no battery change out 10 year guaranteed smoke and CM alarms). He had everything he needed on his well-equipped truck along with the right ladder to handle our 16' ceilings (where one detector is inconveniently located). We did not intend to upgrade lighting in on of our downstairs rooms but were so impressed with his care and expertise, we asked if he had time to add in two new wall sockets. He said that while he was onsite, he would do everything he was able to do so as not to have to trouble us with another service call and that Plumbline had a deep enough bench of qualified electricians that if he could not make his other appointments for that day on time, they would send out someone else. We were blown away! We greatly appreciated and affirm the values of the organization, as articulated on their website. We are so very happy to have found a firm that can handle our electrical needs and somewhat rural location with such terrific quality.

We felt like the price was ok but they installed it wrong and we got hot air instead of cool. It took them two times to fix it and then there's a vibration that shakes the whole house when the furnace kicks up high and they haven't gotten out to fix that yet so I'm going to have to send them a registered letter.

The "tuneup" consisted of looking at my AC. There was no tuneup involved. Zach said my AC needed cleaning which would cost $249 unless I wanted to sign up for their annual maintenance plan which was $198. I chose the latter and had the cleaning done. He also said the furnace needed to be cleaned and the shutoff valve replaced because it isn't up to today's code. That would cost almost $1000. I declined that. I called Matt at PlumbLine and told him I considered the ad deceptive. He argued that it wasn't and said he'd before never received a complaint about it. If I can't trust a tuneup to be a tuneup, I can't trust them for anything else.
Description of Work: A newspaper ad said and AC tuneup was $39. I called to schedule. Zach arrived promptly, as scheduled.

Bad. I called them because they claim to be 24/7. When I first called, the clerk told me somebody would call me in half an hour. One hour passed and nobody called me, so I called them and I got transferred to another person who told me they had nobody available. Not a very good experience.

AC person told me compressor was going and would need to get new AC for a ridiculous amount. Went to use AC and wasn't working, had 4 days straight of 90's. Come to find out he had unplugged compressor. Now I'm really concerned about the cleaning of the main sewer line and if what I was told was correct or false. What did that slime really mean?

Plumbline quoted $8,850, service was performed the next day. I was assured much of the work was covered under insurance (it wasn't), and they would assist in negotiating with the insurance company (they didn't). Insurance ended up paying $1100 instead of $7000 and the 'help' negotiating was an iPhone picture of a hand written bill. Work was good, but don't let work start until settlement is negotiated with the insurance company in writing, once you pay out of pocket you're done.

Actual crew was great, work got done in one afternoon, handled everything. Insurance company wants more info, which Lee promised to provide, but a week has passed with no response.
Description of Work: Main water supply line had a major leak, Plumbline sent Lee Duran out to check things out. He quoted $8,850 for a proper fix through the foundation and under ground line, but promised he had experience dealing with insurance companies and would help negotiate.
