I highly recommend this company. My foster dog dug up part of the carpet and messed up the padding underneath. The service was great at letting me know the approximate time to expect them and it was pretty accurate. The work done was outstanding. You could not tell that the padding was all messed up. And to cost was far lower than I expected. An outstanding company. I have already recommended to a friend and a co-worker.

We recently had wood floors installed & needed repairs done to the carpet where it meets the wood. We also had an area that was bulging & needed to be restretched. I called Nip & Tuck after reading reviews & they were able to come out the next day. Jerry, owner, was very nice, thorough & did a great job. Our carpet looks great! The price was also very reasonable. We are very happy with the results.

When I called to describe the problem, they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. They listened to the situation and gave an estimate of the cost over the phone. They described what to expect during the visit in detail. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He was able to patch the one area of carpet that was in need of repair. In addition, he was able to remove the wrinkle from a different room. It took a little over an hour to complete all of the work and I feel that work was completed in a thorough manner. He did a great job of cleaning up once the work was finished. The repair looks great and this was a great solution for our carpet.

Our master bedroom carpet was badly buckling in three places. Roman arrived when he said he would, was very professional, and did an excellent job re-stretching our carpet. It looks amazing. When we identified which wall he should do it from, I was impressed that he was able to move our heavy bed and other furniture. The whole thing was also faster than I expected. I highly recommend them.

My husband talked to someone at the phone number given (didn't get a name). She said they would return his call to give an estimate and schedule the work. We NEVER heard back from them. We called again 5 days later and left a message. I contacted the company via the messaging on Angie's List and simply asked for a response even if they didn't want to do the work. Fortunately we found another company on Angie's list that was quick, professional and did an excellent job. They also got an honest review!

Initial install 1/2/15 was not done well. Existing carpet was 18 years old and I could not find a great match. I knew it was going to look bad, but technician didn't square the areas where the old carpet had been removed. This resulted in wavy, crooked carpet and looked like I had installed it rather than a professional. He also glued MDF baseboard to wall and did not cut the ends properly. He did not clean up the carpet fibers and pad debris and left a mess which my tenant had to clean up. When I called the technician about this, he told me he did square the areas, I didn't have the correct tools to cut the baseboard properly( he thought it would have been cut to the correct length), and his vacuum didn't work right. He reported my complaint to his company and the owner Andrew promptly called me back the same day (Saturday.) Andrew offered to fix the problem or refund my money. He was very professional and willing to work with me. The next week Ross came out, was able to piece together some old matching carpet remnants I had for one of the areas and it looks great. In the other area, he squared up where new carpet was installed and it looks more like a rug. Andrew refunded the charge for installing the baseboard, my painter caulked it, and it looks ok.. In retrospect, I realized I didn't ask the right questions because I was counting on the technician to guide me through the process of repairing the carpet in the best way possible considering I didn't have enough old carpet to fix both areas. I would use this company again, but would ask for an experienced tech. I'm giving a B grade because it wasn't done right the first time and I ended up paying 75.00 more for carpet that I didn't need and was removed during the second install. I'm confident if an experienced tech had done the initial install, it would have been done right.

I found Nip and Tuck on the Angie's List website. I am impressed with the service that the company provided, from the person who arranged for the service date to the technician who did the work. The technician used some extra carpet that we had on hand to recarpet the stairs. Very nice job. Also, he restretched the basement carpet. It looks great now, and no more tripping. The technician, Gerry, took pride in his work. The estimate provided on the phone was very close to the final cost.
