When I spoke with Ryan to discuss my tree issues I was under the impression that he would be sending someone out that could answer my questions. I actually needed more help than the technician could provide. When the tech came out he told me he was just here to spray the trees. He was not told this was a consult appointment. I am giving them 2 stars because they faithfully show up to spray the trees.

Couldn't give me an appointment for about 3 weeks. Then after waiting for 3 weeks, rescheduled on me TWICE! I just decided to cancel. Their rates are ridiculous anyway. HomeAdvisor should be able to give me more than one option for lawn care!

They were very responsive and I appreciated that I received a text the day before advising when they were coming to spray. They also left detailed recommendations on their summary report of what we could do to help our lawn be more healthy without pressuring us to buy more services.
