I wanted a second opinion and asked that wait, but they came out anyway. I had another company look at the (not over the internet) but they actually took a branch to Jefferson County and had it looked at and it was not water stressed, but has a fungus. I paid the $65 to them, but cancelled the service. If I had used their service it would have cost almost$700 and I would CUT the tree down for that amount!

Did the work fast and carefully. Before hiring them the representative answered all my questions and suggested different treatments. They gave me a quote and did only the work I hired them to do.

I originally contacted Fit Turf to do our spring aeration but after talking with the sales guy I agreed to an estimate for lawn weed and feed. The aeration went well. Scheduling was an issue. I received automated calls the evening before they were looking to come to the house and asked for the gates to be unlocked and dogs inside. But there was no time window. Without a time window it wasn't going to work and I emailed the contact to remove me from the service. They're still calling and now I've emailed twice to stop.

So far Fit Turf has done an excellent job. If it continues I will definitely continue with them.

Professional and quality service.

I called Fit Turf hoping for some help as I'm convinced we have a fungus in our front grass. After a long conversation, Mike told me they could help and I agreeded to give them a try. He said that they would evaluate, provide a special treatment and follow-up with feedback. They came out and fertilized as promised and all I was left with were hard to read notes with no mention of fungus. I was told by Fit Turf that they were "experts" in grass and plant care; yet the findings of an evaluation, suggestions for treatment and follow-up were left out. I'm obviously disapointed....

They were able to find the issue with the lawn and start to repair.

Very knowledgable and honest, they diagnosed my problems easily and gave my recommendations to correct the issues with my trees and shrubs.

Mike called and left a message and I had a hard time getting back in touch with him. I left a couple of messages with no return call. I finally called a 3rd time and found him in the office, so customer service in the new customer area was a little lacking. However, I like the prices and the fact that they do not require a contract . They also could give us the services we needed without "attaching" other services (mowing or landscaping) to the fertilization. After only one day we could see the grass finally turning green. :)

Good service

The person called back the same day I put in my request and the follow up of service was timely and very thorough.

I had ordered aeration for my lawn and was informed that it would be done by the end of the week. They were very interested in selling me an on-going lawn maintenance program, which I agreed to try. The lawn maintenance was done promptly, I am still waiting 2 1/2 weeks later for the aeration. When I called three days ago to inquire about an ETA, I was told that they were very backed up, but that the service would be performed by the end of the week. We'll see!

Fit Turf was very professional. We just needed the lawn aerated but decided to go with their summer package. They even bought my fertilizer back from me and reduced the cost of service.

They came out as promised to fertilize my lawn. My grass is already looking better! Their first visit was reasonably priced but the payment doubles after that. They recommend 5-6 visits per year which would get quite expensive. I think they are worth using now and then, personally I cant afford to have them come out as often as they suggest.
