First treatment..too soon to know if it is effective. Great customer service

Very nice customer service. A little confusing on what services were being performed and why. Hard to know work quality - will take time to know impact on trees and shrubs. Generally a pleasant experience though.

I needed an expert to look at several trees in my yard and assess why they were not blooming this year or losing leaves. I spoke with the sales manager, who set up an appt for one of their experts to come by and assess the trees and spray. They didn't work with a time that was convenient for me and I was unable to be there for the appt. They tried to sell me a package on tree care before they even came to the house as I guess this is how they make the most money. I was expecting a thorough report on my trees, instead I received a couple sentences about a couple of the trees. They did not follow up with me, nor did they address my original concern for calling them, which was a specific tree that did not bloom this year. I reached back out and asked if they could come back by when I was available and they told me they would follow up, but I did not hear anything back from them. I finally got a call 3 weeks later from one of the supervisors. At that point, I had already moved on to a real professional. Would not recommend them. They seem more interested in churning out half-baked business, rather than focusing on quality care and customer service.

Good explanation of the service performed. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. Was prompt and courteous.

I was amazed by how quickly this company called me after i contacted them through Homeadvisor. Their prices were resonable and their recommendation for taking care of my tree aphid problem worked right away. They were great.

They were upfront about what needed to be done as well as about what didn't need to be done. They explained what the trees were being affected by and what to look for to maintain the health of our trees.

They were in communication with me throughout the process.

They did a great job but wanted to charge $70 which is about $30 higher than the going rate for the same service. They lowered it to 60 when I complained- but still a little pricey

Please do NOT conduct business with Fit Turf. They are dishonest and not knowledgeable about lawn or tree care. The quality and support of their service is at the bottom of the industry and unfortunately they are led by dishonest individuals. It would be helpful if we can all protect ourselves from such poor organizations and individuals associated with Fit Turf. They either misrepresented or had limited knowledge about trees and general lawn care and then misrepresented there initial comments and recommendations in subsequent conversations. Their approach appears to be to try and string you along to buy more services but never provide quality services.
