Great customer service, a local Colorado business

I specifically told them I wanted to be present when the service was performed, after they agreed with this they said it would it would probably be Thursday or Friday and we agreed again they would call to confirm the day. They came today without calling, a day when I had told them specifically I would not be home. Since this was a liquid lawn aeration, the only evidence of them being here was their yard sign and flyer on the door. It is not my wish to accuse anyone of mis-doings, however I have no knowledge of these people and was unable to see what kind of a job they did or if they did it at all. For specifically that reason I had insisted that I be here and they specifically agreed to this, then proceeded to do it anytime they wished. They said they emailed me that they would be here today. The job was done on time and with me not even knowing they had been here.

Called to schedule simple aeration services. Price was significantly higher than the competition, but I figured I'd give them a try. Customer Service rep tried to upsell me several times, which should have been a warning. Rep told me 1-3 days. 5 days later I called, and they told me they were behind schedule and it'd be 1-3 more days, but he'd escalate to the manager. 5 days later, still no work performed and no call to notify. I called a third time and same casual, "oh, we're behind schedule response." Would never have gone with them if I knew it'd be 2+ weeks for service. Made me very upset, I do not recommend!

They come out when scheduled and do the work. The price is as quoted.

I hired Fit Turf to help get rid of aphids on my cherry tree. The customer service was good, they came out right away, price seemed ok. They put some treatment in the roots that would kill the aphids and fertilize the tree. Sounded good but a day or two later all the leaves turned yellow and fell off, and know the tree is dead. When I called to tell them about it, they said it was not from what they did. They said they would have an arborist call, but no one ever called. Very sad to loose my cherry tree!

Had lots of trouble with scheduling with this company, but once that was overcome I was impressed with how knowledgeable the tree expert was. He was honest in that there was noting we could do for the tree and didn't charge me. I did hire them to start treating my yard.

I signed up for the lawn and tree service and looking forward to having one of the nicest lawns on the block!

I agreed to pay $100 for an evaluation, which was to be credited to any work done. Had the eval, but when I called to schedule the work was told it was on top of the eval fee... eventually they credited the fee to the work. The tech quoted $125 for the work, but when I called to schedule they asked for $150. Eventually honored the quoted price, which was in writing. The tech showed up while we were gone, did the work, and left a pesticide notice on the lawn with no instructions as to what we should do from that point on. There were injectors inserted into the tree around the base, guess I'll remove the.

They responded within 10 minutes of me sending a message through Home Advisor. They arrived to perform the work, treating my trees for the ash borer, the next day. The rep was fast and thorough. The price was fair. I have already recommended them to others on my block who called to have the ash borer treatment and have now signed up for full lawn services. They are definitely doing things right. I will use them again when needed.

Very good responses from customer service. It takes a while to get the work done. I'm sure they're busy. If it's an emergency you still might have to wait a bit. However I can say my lawn is improving as expected. Jay from customer service is great.
