I am not far enough into the service program to evaluate the lawn care treatment quality or value for the money. I signed up for the lawn and tree program over the phone and was told the company would not use any high pressure or up-sale tactics, My impression was that up selling did occur when the technician came for our initial treatment and told me that we had mite issues and the price for treatment would be lower if I signed up through him rather than calling the company and adding the service on, I am not sure if this was a version of high pressure or if in fact it was true, but it did NOT feel good. I did sign up with the technician, btw.

Would not provide prompt scheduling even thought when called they implied the work would be with if the week. It took 3 weeks to get someone to do the work.

They were on it like a blue bonnet! Quick phone response and fast final work. Love these guys.

I asked them to let me know when they would be there so I could be there but they changed the time so I couldnâ t tell what they did I would have liked to be there so this was frustrating the work was good on the aeration so that I was happy with them over all

Josh was amazing during the consultation! I was with a different provider until recently and was very unhappy with the lack of information and attention they gave me. Josh and I had a very informative first meeting and his team followed up exactly as promised. My lawn is improving daily now that it is receiving the proper care from Fit Turf. I’d recommend them to anyone in the market for lawn services.

They treated the weeds and most are gone.

They were prompt and delivered on their promise. The weeds were killed.

Very good at answering questions and concerns.

They are very knowledgeable and both Ryan (in the office) and the tech who came to spray were patient with all my questions and concerns. They answered everything. I researched them on line and even asked about several of the negative reviews and was told how they had addressed them and corrected any problems. They worked with my crazy schedule and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

I cannot say specifics. Had our pine trees sprayed. The tech provided some suggestions. Will implement to try and save our trees. Time will tell if this process helps.

Even though I asked to be contacted before any applications, they often did not. I referred to a family member and she had the same problem. They applied chemicals in the back yard where she kept her dog and did not want him exposed.

The treatment on our lawn was fine, but there was no way just to get single aeration done; we had to sign up for a reoccurring service. The next time they came out the treat the lawn it was for a treatment we had not asked for and they did not give us a heads up. We just found the bill for several hundred dollars on our door. When I asked them not to come again until we called them in the spring, I got a call about once a week badgering us to buy more services. Again, the treatment was fine but just not worth the hassle. I would go with someone else.
