They had experts that quickly identified and made recommendations to address issues with our trees. They come back on a regular basis to treat and provide detailed updates as to health/things to look out for and what we need to do to maintain healthy trees.

I hired Fit Turf in 2017 and saw no value in their liquid aeration service. I called, cancelled service, and moved on. 14 months later I received a bill for additional liquid aeration service. I called customer service and they offered to refund me for half. I declined, as I did not want this done in the first place, and I believe it to be a very shady business practice to take advantage of a former customer. They made a mistake and I am not the one who should have to pay for that. Not only that, but they do not let you know when they are coming. My wife was breastfeeding our newborn in the backyard when someone arrived unannounced and let themselves in. Talk about invasive. I was informed that their customer service policy is to not give full refunds, only to offer half the amount. If you cancel service, make sure that a representative sends you a confirmation email. They do not provide these emails automatically and I had no recourse. I was taken advantage of as a customer and Fit Turf was unapologetic. This company has a 2 star rating on another well known review site with similar complaints. Hire them at your own risk.

Great customer service, the agent took 30 minutes to go over all options and made sure I was not wasting money on what I don’t need. Very prompt in returning my phone call when I had questions about my lawn following my first appointment.

We originally called because we had a very sick oak tree. I was asked to send photos and when the original technician came out I asked specific questions about the tree and he indicated he had some concerns and would discuss with an arborist and let me know. After not hearing for several days, I emailed and was again asked to send photos. They did an extensive treatment on the tree and I emailed questions about what we should be watching for. I had to send another email as I had no response to the first one. No one ever followed up on the trees condition and no one came to look at the tree. I cancelled any future service. I was disappointed in their follow through.

They were able to schedule us right away.

I had them treat two of my trees for disease. Though they had great customer service and fit me in immediately, I had to have them come back a second time to retreat. They did that at no cost to me.

The tech showed up on time. Friendly and seem to know what he was talking about so I tried what he suggested. The price is perfect even for people who don't care about thier lawn and trees. My grass was burning in areas and looking lifeless and the minute the tech. showed up he immediately told me what the problem was and now the grass is looking healthy and strong. Give fitturf a try they are worth it.

Jon at Fitturf was top notch. He explained me everything I needed to know, and sent the right technicians to fix my lawn and insect problems on my tree. They showed up on time, and everything went very smooth.

They eventually did the job. I signed up and paid for the entire season and had to call them many times before application of insect control in my trees and shrubs began. Since then everything has gone smoothly and no longer have to call as they come on a regular basis. Trees and shrubs look good and are pest free.

Set up a time to have the yard aerated - was told that it would be done during a specific week. Did not receive any communication about a delay. They then showed up 4 weeks later, didn't communicate and I was out of town for the week, and could not water as needed to keep healthy grass.

Waste of time. Charged me for things I never requested or agreed too. Added fertilizer to my weed problem (which I didn’t ask for), which made them grow 2x as fast. When they were supposed to come back to fix the issue they just didn’t show up and then said it would have to wait even longer for them to come back because of the schedule. So they no showed me, then said you’re going to have to wait even longer now. Don’t waste you time or money. Brad is a very nice person over the phone but is not running that place well. Wish I would have went with someone else.

They are doing our lawn maintenance. They send out emails day before.
