Description of Work: I have some medical problems and can't shovel snow. I contacted these folks via your service, made a call and they came late at night and they shoveled the entire walkway which extends the entire way on my corner lot. Great service and good price.

Description of Work: He showed up, took measurements, we talked about the project and he was to get back to me with prices for materials and labor. 5 days later he called.....I had already hired someone else who evidently wanted the job more than he (Jeff) did! Would not recommend or call him again.

Description of Work: 2 hour 2 person yard clean up

Description of Work: Raked leaves for 4 hours. Could not finish the front yard in the 4 hours. The back yard was finished.

Description of Work: Raked and bagged leaves in front and back yard.

Description of Work: They called me today, asking if they could come out today at 12:30pm instead of tomorrow at 11 am because they had a cancellation. I said "Sure". They needed me to be at home. At 1:30pm, I called them to find out when they would be there, they replied that they were almost here. They should have called me. I had thought that for "4 man-hours of yardwork", I would get more than simply picking up and bagging leaves. But that's all I got. They spent an inordinate amount of time stuffing the bags as full as possible because they did not have enough trash bags (??). I asked them to trim 3 big shrubs, they did not do that at all as they ran out of time. I'd also asked then to chop up some small (thin) branches and bag those, but again, they ran out of bags. I gave them all of mine but I only had 4 left. At the end of the 2 hours (with 2 men), Jeff said he'd use his chainsaw to trim the shrubs and cut up the branches for another $60. I said "No, thanks."

Description of Work: They say their service area is all of Denver but they passed on coming to give an estimate on yard clean up and maintenance in downtown Denver. They were polite about it, but service area entry is misleading.
