Daniel is a professional, he showed up when he said he would, he got us quotes promptly; was very kind about working with us through a couple quotes so we could get a small window replaced by a huge one but keep it within our budget, his team removed existing brickwork with precision and installed the new window and repaired the wall inside and out where they cut into brick and the sheetrock inside. Looks fantastic well worth the cost, our living room now has a beautiful view of the backyard.

Daniel and his team are amazing! From the very first drawings of our new deck and roof to the very last stages they were all a pleasure to work with! They are professional, experts at what they do, and very willing to work with us so that we got exactly what we wanted. The team worked so hard during the summer heat to complete all of the projects on time and to be prepared for inspection. We were impressed with not only their work ethic, but also their attention to detail and commitment to having it done right. They cleaned up every night before they left so we could still enjoy our patio and back yard during construction. We would highly recommend working with Daniel and Custom Sunroom for your projects!

We highly recommend Daniel Semeacov and his crew. We would hire them again in a second. They built 2 beautiful decks for us. We went with Tiki-Torch TREX Transcend with hidden fasteners (those are great). Tiki-Torch looks like redwood, and it is a composite material which is on our HOA approved list. We got a number of quotes before hiring Daniel, and as with all builders, we checked out his references. They were excellent as were the photos of previous projects. His estimate was fair and we didn’t have to wait forever to get a quote. He sent it a few days after he was here, just like he said he would. Several of the deck companies who contacted us and came out took weeks to send us a quote. We paid a reasonable deposit upfront and then paid the rest in installments as the work was completed. That is so smart. We wish more contractors did this. It gives homeowners confidence that the builders are solvent and honest. The workmanship on the decks was excellent. Floor Boards were properly and evenly spaced. Stairs and railings were well built. Every worker respected our time and respected our property. The crew showed up when they said they would. If the weather forecast was going to be too inclement to work on a particular day, they let us know ahead of time. Btw, they finished our decks in about 7 days in mid-January. So, yes, they build year round. They definitely handle the cold weather better than most people. Maybe that’s because one of the carpenters used to work in Siberia. No kidding! Lol! That said, we also were fortunate with the weather. There were only 2 days in January where it was too cold or snowy for them to build. The work areas were cleaned up every single day, and every scrap of trash was hauled away at the completion of the project. In the past we served on our HOA Boards, and we hired builders for many capital improvements. It was always a treat to find a builder who did excellent work, who was conscientious, and who was affordable. Finding Daniel from Angi was a real treat. Daniel was a joy to work with and was always available to answer questions and discuss any concerns or changes throughout our project. Daniel and his team tore down our old elevated deck, put in a concrete patio and installed an a beautiful new deck in a timely manner.

Needed a larger window in our old home's living room, the CO Sunroom team did a great job giving me an estimate, ordering the custom sized new window, taking the old brick off, installing new header & window, replacing exterior brick work and replacing dry wall and paint to match the existing interior wall. Total cost 10K and well worth it. I would definitely work with them again!

Daniel and the team at Customsunroom did an awesome job of designing and building our decks. They were able to build a plan the incorporated our current deck and increased our outdoor living space substantially. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects.

Excellent work, excellent quality, affordable prices. Daniel and his crew cut out and installed a new exterior door and six new windows throughout my house plus custom casing and trim work I requested for the windows. They did an amazing job and were done with all of the work in two days total. I am really impressed with the quality and how quick they were able to complete the work. They were flexible with materials that I wanted and scheduling. They were very affordable and communication was excellent through the entire process. Would highly recommend and will likely be hiring them again for some projects in the future.

It took longer than planned, but I was very pleased with final outcome.

We're extremely impressed with our project we completed with these guys! We had a covered deck, concrete patio, and a new sliding glass door installed. The results are absolutely stunning and I love how well they communicated with us through the whole process. We would definitely hire them again plus recommend them to friends and family.

They were wonderful, very neat and they came in and did their job. Very preside at their job. The coordination between the two was great. They even put my blinds back.
