Custom Sunroom

I cannot say enough good things about Custom Sunroom. The whole experience from start to finish was great. We had our patio converted to a sunroom and Daniel had the great idea of adding a deck to our project that truly did bring the whole project together. It’s now our favorite space in our house and it looks incredible. They do quality work, the team was easy to work with, and we couldn’t be happier! The longest part was waiting for the city permits, but after that, the project went quickly.

I am so happy that I went with Custom Sunrooms for my project. Daniel was extremely easy to work with and he has a great eye for detail. His suggestions really made our project great. His team was very professional and I was blown away with the quality of work.

The strengths of this project are price. Custom Sun Room and Andrew delivered at the price we contracted for and were more than fair when I requested changes. The hardest part was the length of time to complete the project. Most of the issue of time were due to sub contractors. The surveyor took over a month to complete a required survey and early on the original engineer was always on vacation. Personally I really like Andrew as the General and he was very responsive to my requests.

We worked with Daniel on our new sunroom/master room addition and could not be happier with how it came out. From the very beginning Daniel was responsive, transparent, on-time, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced. I could go on and on about all the positives but ultimately if you're looking for a custom project for your home, go with Daniel and his team.

It took a while to get the permit lined up, but once work actually started, it went pretty quickly. The deck looks great!

Everyone that worked on the project was professional and skilled at their trade. Communication was fantastic even when the material shortages caused a delay on the windows and doors. They brought my vision to life! They left the site clean every day. I got 5 bids on the project, (including a friend and a contractor I used to remodel the kitchen.). Custom Sunrooms had the best price even with this year’s crazy price increases on wood. All work passed inspections with ease. Payments were set based on progress or passing inspections. Fair, honest, hard working, and skilled. I would hire them again!

excellent quality, good communication and fair price. some delays due to permit process and subcontractor availability. Andrew and Daniel added a four season room to our house, matching the existing materials and style perfectly. New addition looks like it has always been a part of the home.

Great work, good crew, fair price. House looks better than ever with our new deck cover, and has extended its seasonal use. Matched existing stucco, two-tone paint, gutters, and shingles so that it looks like it was part of the original home. They even went a step further to straighten and place foundation footers on our sagging deck stairs into the yard. An unlucky hammer drop and bounce accidently broke one pane of the back sliding door glass, but they swept into action to clean the area and keep it safe, ordered and paid for a brand new replacement sliding door with the original door vendor (not just some random or cheap door or pane replacement). Their response showed considerable honor and honesty. I would (and will) use them again for any home construction, deck or sunroom project!!

We are extremely impressed with our project we completed with these guys! We had a covered deck, concrete patio, and a new sliding glass door installed. The results are absolutely stunning and I love how well they communicated with us through the whole process. We would definitely hire them again plus recommend them to friends and family.

Daniel, Andrew, and their team we very professional and easy to work with. They assisted us from design to completion of our new and wonderful covered patio and new fireplace. Price, quality and communication were excellent

They did an excellent job building the sun deck for me. I am very happy with the finished deck. Several neighbors have also complemented it. I wish I could add a photo, I am so proud of it. They did not settle for building it, they perfected it.
