Nathan arrived a little early. He was friendly and professional. He replaced the springs very quickly. He mentioned that my rollers were near end-of-life and noisy. He wasn't pushing it too much, and it seemed worthwhile so I had him do it. Now it's much quieter. Overall I'm happy with the service and experience.

He was very punctual. He went above and beyond servicing, by replacing light bulbs and adding screws to a wobbly board in our garage.

I am so very pleased with the work that Nathan completed. He worked me into his schedule, arrived on time and worked in a professional manner. I only had in mind for him to replace the door springs and I was delighted that when I asked if he could replace the opener (from 1983), that he had the materials with him to do all the work in a single visit. He walked me through the work he performed and trained me on how to use my new garage door opener and keypad. I will contact him in the spring to replace my old door with a new, insulated door. I am glad to have a garage door company that I can rely on.

I was so pleased with my tune up and nylon roller experience on the first door (which was the noisy one) with Tim and Nathan at Creative Garage Doors, that I had Tim back to complete the other door and to better optimize them by adding a bracket to the top of each which made them stronger and positioned them to last longer. I really liked that Tim educated me about everything he was doing, how it worked, what the impact would be - and then showed me upon completion that it made a difference. My male neighbors are very impressed with his work, and confirmed it was money well spent!

He was superb. He removed safety stop electric eye and moved it so sun would not interfere. When I asked if I should have doors and opener serviced every year. He said every other year is fine unless you see any of the rollers starting to tilt within the metal guides. I plan I using him exclusively or my garage door/opener repair/replacement.

He threw in some extra rollers that he didn't have to throw in as a part of fixing it up and I thought the price was reasonable. The big thing for me is how polite are they, did they get the job done and are they on time? It works beautifully now. They were professional, polite, got the job done quickly and the price was right. They did more than what they said they were going to do. He removed every single one of the old rollers and put in new rollers and that works well.

I was very happy. He was on time, very personable, he did the tune up, realigned one of the tracks that was off. It now runs much smoother and quieter.

Nathan was great! He fixed the problem as well as helped program some remotes, added a support rail, and installed a safety lock feature.... all without charging a penny more. I would absolutely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to everyone.

Excellent responsiveness. I had called Nate asking for prices for a new garage door, and he was excellent to work with on the phone. He visited my home to firm up the pricing and dimensions which were spot on to his phone estimate. He gave us options to repair current door in lieu of replacement, and we elected the replacement. He came back on the PM and installed the door. Very happy with his professionalism, and service. Would definitely use him again.

Nate was 'creative" , had a solution and then came in under the estimate. The opening was too small so he used one smaller panel so my door had room to function above the opening. His plan worked and I now have a functioning garage. I guess I will need to clean it out now!

He was really good. He was really conscientiousness and punctual.Actually we kind of had an ongoing problem with our garage and he found a solution to it that nobody else had found. He seem to be a little bit more ambitious or creative, I don't what is going to call it. I would use them again.

nathan came out l late on a thur and not only fixed the opener but added safety cables to the springs on 3 doors he also oiled and tightened the hinges on all 3 doors, hire this guy

I received an email from AAA for a discount coupon for this company's service. Before purchasing the discount coupon I checked the ratings on Angie's List. I read all the positive comments and decided to make the purchase. I scheduled an appointment and Nathan arrived to service the garage door. He was thorough, efficient, and even corrected an issue that the previous installer had caused. I am very pleased with the service and of course the current operation of the door.

The provider was punctual and provided the service as per the Angie's List coupon that I purchased for the visit. I also purchased a new remote control from the provider. The provider was very professional and courteous and did not suggest any unnecessary repairs. I would use this provider for future garage door needs.

I called Creative Garage Doors and I quickly was scheduled for an appointment. Nathan thoroughly went through my options for fixing my garage door opener and either repairing or replacing my garage door itself. Nathan looks for ways to save the customer money with no pressure tactics or upsells. Before leaving, Nathan rehung my door panels (free of charge) so that my garage would not be left open for two days before hanging the new door. I ended up purchasing a new garage door and requesting that the circuit board be replaced. When Nathan showed up two days after the initial consultation, he offered me a used circuit board for no charge (just installation fee) and within hours had the door installed. He even replaced some missing hardware at no cost. I could have gotten the door a little cheaper but I would much rather pay a little extra and know that I am being treated fairly and honestly. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to call Creative Garage Doors.

A perfect experience! Nathan replaced both springs and suspension cables and tuned up the door; adjusted panel hinges and such. He arrived on time (about 2 hours after I called). He quickly got the door operating as a new one would. Nathan's punctuality, positive attitude and professionalism were exemplary. I very highly recommend his service!!!

They were on time. Their original quote was to repair the door, but they went ahead and performed normal maintenance and all at a reasonable price.
