This is the second time we have used Creative Garage doors to fix two broken garage doors on two separate rental properties. Both times I was impressed by the professional nature of this company. They have been quick to respond, quick to schedule the work, done a great job, and communicates very effectively with me, the owner of the properties as well as the tenants. Their prices are very fair and affordable.

I was very happy with them overall! The technician was prompt, professional, competent, and polite. He provided really good advice, proposed different springs for the repair, and seemed to be really interested in quality. The price was reasonable, and he’s the best garage door company that I’ve worked with yet.

The service went really well overall. Their price was good, quite a bit cheaper than some of the other places I called. They showed up on time, performed the work, and the door has been working fine ever since!

Nathan was very friendly and efficient. He is very honest and does great work. Would recommend him to anyone.

I bought a garage door opener that I needed installed and I also needed one of the torsion springs replaced. Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work and got both projects done in less than two hours. He also tightened down some loose rollers and ran some wire through the coil springs on my other door because he said if those broke it could be dangerous. I'm going to replace my garage doors next year and the quote Nathan gave me was by far the cheapest and he spent the time to explain the different types and qualities between the doors. I didn't feel pressured or upsold by him, but genuinely felt like he was trying to find the best solution to my needs. My mother-in-law in Colorado springs also needed some work on her garage door and he noticed that one of her cables was frayed and was about to break! Later she lost her remote and he told her how to reprogram it over the phone. Can't say enough about his customer service!

Nathan was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were having issues with our garage door making some terrible noises and Nathan was very responsive to come to our home on such short notice. He was a delight to work with and was very informative about explaining what was wrong with our door. His quality of work and professionalism went a long way with us (especially my wife) as we've had some not so great contractors that we've worked with in the past. After Nathan examined our garage door, apparently it was on the verge of falling off the rails, so not only did he save us money but kept us safe in the process as well. We would highly recommend Creative Garage Doors and the owner Nathan to any of our friends or family members for all our garage door needs!
