Concierge Remodels

Decided to add an office/game room & bathroom to the unfinished part of my basement. Kaleigh and her team were recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Their communication from start to finish of the project was timely, knowledgeable, professional and out right pleasant. They helped me with initial design to make the space what I wanted. As the project progress and evolved, as these things do, they were flexible and able to adapt with very reasonable change orders and realistic time line changes. Punch list issues were handled satisfactorily. I will look forward to working with them again on future projects.

I had a great experience with Concierge remodeling, especially the proprietors Kaleigh and Gordan. We wanted a remodel of a room in our basement to make it a habitable guest room instead of the back-end junk room it had become. Gordan had a great vision and was excellent at communicating not just what it would look like, but how it would fit for any future additions we might want. Once the project got underway we hit some inevitable stumbly blocks with supply issues and subcontractor availability. Kaleigh did a fantastic job communicating and setting expectations for time lines even as I can could tell she was getting frustrated herself. I would love to know how these two ended up working together, they have a real Ying-yang energy in the way they run their business, but it really works (I don't want to use the word synergize, but they did). The final product was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again!

They were great to work with! Having been through some pretty big remodels before, i was prepared for the storm before the sparkly finish. And they kept me updated on each step of the process and did a beautiful job when finished. Definitely would recommend them over and over. Great team.
