They provided the windows, the installation was provided by a subcontractor who put it together with framing. It was all lumped together so there was no separate charge for installation vs the other work they did. I found them to be very knowledgeable. They had an employee named Scott who we were really pleased with, that really knew a lot about windows.

It didn't. They never returned my calls.

I went to their web site and used their online form to submit all of the details of my project approximately 3 1/2 weeks ago. After a week I hadn't received a call back. Against my better judgement I decided to call and give them a 2nd chance. I scheduled something out a few weeks at a time that worked for them and when my wife and I could both take off work and be home to get the estimate done. Our appointment was 30 minutes ago, my wife and I prepared the house to measure the windows and have been waiting patently. I just got a call that they will not be showing up. I understand that things happen, but getting blown off twice is enough for me, I'll be moving on.

The installation started with a lot of delay.When the windows arrived two of them were two large due to incorrect measurements.They subcontracted the installation to another company. The results were disastrous - all 6 windows needed to be reinstalled.We called them and it took another almost two months until they came to reinstall. Meanwhile the communication was frustrating - sometimes I got to speak with some young person a relative of one of the owners who was very rude. After the second installation they failed again to properly install the outside casing. Moreover the windows are not completely straight. We called them the third time and they finally installed an exterior casing for a window.I assume because they were contracted by Costco for the entire region they got a lot of business due to Costco not due to their service performance. BTW meanwhile Costco dropt the window service and them.Overall this was my worst experience with any contractor period. I would want to mention also Scott as being a very good professional but he does only sales. Everything else regarding this company was a real nightmare.

I wanted to have the best high efficiency windows and they were good at helping me design the window spaces to fit windows that they had that were not custom windows but were the same exact window. They had two types of Marvin windows one was twice the price at exactly the same measurements and the other was the stock windows that they had available. So I was able to save a lot of money and I really liked the windows. I liked their service more than anything, they were really very helpful and they taught me what was a good window and what I needed. The one thing I don't like about the windows is that because the opening devices are airtight, they are a little difficult to open. I know how to do it but other people have problems. The cranks end up getting worn out.

We had many windows in this house. Beyers carries many brands of windows and I feel like I was educated and not over sold. We believe we picked the right brand for us and found that balance between cost and quality. As happy as I was with the purchasing process I was even happier with the end result. We received the products we ordered and they looked and fit just as we were told. The installation teams were easy to work with. They took great care in protecting our house and far exceeded our expectations with the quality of installation. The installer even went through all the features and operation of my windows. I could not be happier.

They were excellent to deal with! They seemed trustworthy and accommodating with good products.

Workmanship by Gary was outstanding! Had their painter contact (Karen) do some painting and staining of front entry door...did a wonderful job! Both were very professional, on time, and were perfectionists in their work. The front entry door was a bit problematic in ordering and final installation (took a very long time to complete), but they attended to the issues and all jobs are complete! I would hire them for future jobs and recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Their windows are aluminum clad windows, and they are gorgeous. They have the best price because it is not a cheap window.

Very responsive and a nice showroom for options. Work was clean and prompt. Nice finish work too. Allows us to paint the exterior trip they acquired prior to installation - that was a time saver.

He has quoted some stuff for me and some of my clients and he seems very very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The company has been around for a long time. I would give them an extremely high rating on responding, quoting, and customer service.

Made an in-home appointment for a replacement windows consultation. Owner Rod came out to the house and was the only one of 8 window contractors who was on time. Didn't bring product with him, but then only stayed for 45 mins, as opposed to the ~2 hours we endured with every other salesperson. Was highly professional, answering our questions by giving his professional opinion. Felt we got pros and cons in an honest and informative way. We had already narrowed our replacement window material choice to fiberglass and fiberglass composites, so we requested a bid on Milgard Ultra, Andersen 100 series, and Marvin Integrity All Ultrex. His bid on all 3 lines was the most competitive. If you have already decided on one of these products, you ought to contact Rod. Additionally, he visited on a Friday evening, and had the quote to us by email within 5 days. As of this writing, there were 2 contractors who had yet to submit their bids (now more than 3 weeks!). Ultimately, we decided on a product that Rod doesn't carry.

They sent a crew of at least 6 guys that were untrained and unsupervised. Extremely loud, did very poor work. Applied grouting that looked like it had been applied with a putty knife. 2 or 3 of the windows I can feel a draft. Very unprofessional attitude. When a supervisor showed up, and saw the bad job, went into a tantrum using the F very frequently. One of my neighbors wanted to call the police. I was totally traumatized by this job. There is even damage to my home on the inside and out.

The other quotes I got were not comparable in quality or price, so I placed my order. The windows were ready in five weeks, and Brent Morgan came out to install. The work lasted most of two days and a little of a third. Brent was conscientious about keeping the place tidy. He kept us informed on his progress and plans for the work. We had two snafus, both of which were resolved. First, one of the windows cracked just after being installed. Brent put in the order for another, and it was replaced within an additional five weeks, all under warranty. Second, one of our windows abuts strangely with the siding on the house, and it prevented a screen from being able to be tilted inward to snap in the usual direction. Brent took it with him and had it custom fitted to go in the reverse way at no cost. We had it in within five weeks. The purchase and installation went smoothly, so I feel confident that if I need work under warranty, it will be done well by Beyers.

The dimensions of the doors were apparently standard, but the door had to be produced by the maker, based on the order placed by Beyers. I was promised installation of the door within 6 to 8 weeks of the signing of the contract. Due to several delays caused by Beyer inattention (delays in re-measuring), the door installation began 14 week after contract signing. Due to bad foundation (no direct fault of Beyers) the installation was delayed for 6 days for foundation repair by owner and delayed another 14 days for Beyer to reschedule its installation work. When Beyer returned to finish the installation they did not have the wood molding for the interior trim and there was an additional 7 days delay in obtaining and installing the interior wood trim. At that time, the exterior wood trim was also installed. On inspection of the exterior wood trim, it was observed that the top wood trim was pieced together from two separate wood pieces. This was not discussed, and was judged unacceptable.
