They were very prompt in all of our interactions. They showed up when promised, were efficient while doing the work, and promptly addressed all of my calls, questions, and concerns. Excellent folks.

Professional from start to finish. We had to replace acrylic skylights that were destroyed in a hail storm. Within 3 days of our initial call we had quality Velux installed before other installers ever bothered to return our calls.

They replaced our damaged skylight in two days. I changed my mind about the type of skylight I wanted after he sent me the first bid and they were very accomodating and easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond with their customer service.

Had skylight magic come out last September 2015 in Evergreen to fix a leak issue with our current skylights. They were very helpful in identifying the issue and we went ahead and replaced our skylights with them. They fit our schedule needs and were able to get everything done in a timely manner

Sol did an amazing job! He was thorough throughout the process, and explained every step along the way. He even gave me some tips on hiring an interior contractor for some drywall repair. Hands down the best option in the area.

Sol was great to deal with. He offered replacement skylights after a hail storm had broken the outer shell of three skylights in my family room. We needed to do revised flashing which required much more work. The new skylights are quality, better insulated and more hail resistant. I appreciate that they made time for my repair when the entire community sustained hail damage. I am pleased with the work done by Skylight Magic, they were efficient, tidy and careful not to break up my tile roof.

Sol and his team were great, I had many people come by to give me an estimate and he was the only one that A) showed up at the time he said he would ON THE DOT and B) gave me a written estimate before leaving. Everyone else left saying "i'll email you your estimate". (And some of those estimates I STILL haven't received.) I called him the next day, he got the sun tunnel ordered, called me a day or two later when it came in, scheduled an install, told me it would take a couple hours. On that day he again showed up right when he said he would and was done in under two hours. Hire this guy.

Skylight Magic did the work when they said they would, they did it quickly and well, and they did it for the estimated price.

Sol educated me on the use and operation of the new skylight. He invited me to look at opening after the old one was removed while telling me what to expect with the new install.

This project was a dream job. Literally, we have been dreaming about skylights in our kitchen for over 15 years. Sol and Brian show'd up to win us over immediately with their warm and attentive approach. They are detailed pro's that do top quality work. We live in a Parade of Homes home from the 50's and rarely have contractors in to do work. Skylights were in/sealed in less than 3 hours, even with a rain delay. Then Brian's finishing work on the skylight chamber surpassed our expectations. He worked closely with us to make sure our design needs were met. He is a true artist. We are very happy

Sal came to our house and gave us an estimate within 2hrs of my calling him. On the day they installed the skylight they came on time and did exactly what he said they would do! This is a great company.

I like to talk to the person that is actally going to do the work when I get advice and estimates. Sol came and did the estimate personally then did the actual installation. It hasn't rained yet so I can't evaluate istallation but so far every thing looks very good. I didn't get other estimates but I got everthing we agreed to.
