I thought that for the most part the service was good, but I had to major problems that I am still considering contacting you about. (1) The salesmen that I spoke to did not make appropriate recommendations. They should have known that I would need two suntunnles for my large room. If they would have recommended it at the time, I would have gotten two, now I fear that I have to pay all the expense that I could have avoided if I had them install two at the same time. (2) the installation is in the wrong place outside. The lens gets shade at 5:00 and I asked for full sun till the sun goes down. He did not put it where I asked him to.
