All went well Sol and his helper were very professional and finished the job in a timely fashion - and they did a real good job.

Sol was prompt, communicated clearly and often, and did what he said he would do. We appreciate these traits in a contractor.

Sol was very clear about what was involved, and very helpful in analyzing choices. I live in an older home with a plaster ceiling and some unpredictable construction issues, and these were identified and discussed prior to installation. Sol was visible during the the entire project, and his expertise in doing this was obvious. I had received other bids, but found that I didn't always know what to ask -- as a result, I may not have ended up with the great result I got with Skylight Magic. The skylight makes a huge positive difference to my living room, and I love it!

We had two of your pros look at our project. Skylight Magic was the second. We had a leaky skylight and Sol came over right away to take a look. We knew we had to replace several skylights and Sol picked them up from Velux the very next day. He arrived, promptly, at 8:00 am and worked through the day until 5:00. He had someone with him to help and they never even took a break. He completed the work in one day, left no mess behind, and has an amazing work ethic. We first spoke with him two days ago and our project is finished, old skylights and curbs removed from our property and everything went perfectly. Highly, highly recommend.

The service was completed on time and at a competitive price. What most impressed me about this company is the service I've received since the installation. I had a small leak and Sol came to my house several times to investigate at no charge. We eventually discovered that the leak was coming from a differnt part of the roof and running down through the skylight shaft. The amount of time he spent working on my problem (which turned out not be the skylight at all!) at no cost to me, shows a great committment to customer satisfaction. I would reccommend this company and will use them again myself.

We had multiple bids which, we had to submit to our insurance company for approval.
