I recently worked with Don to renovate my home in Boulder and am very pleased with the outcome. He has vision and can see possibilities that add value and bring out the best elements of both the property and the home. Don worked carefully with me to design my home to complement my lifestyle and to reflect my aesthetic, creating open spaces, "hidden" storage, and modernizing the overall look and feel. He was especially helpful in integrating indoor and outdoor spaces: extending views, unleashing natural light, and enhancing outdoor spaces with subtle lighting. At my request he also offered suggestions for potential colors and ways to use new and existing furniture to enhance, and be in proportion with, the spaces we created. I am convinced that many of my home's favorite features and details exist because Don took the time to see, and to enable me to see, the possibilities. Prior to purchasing and renovating this house, I hired Don to "review" three other homes that I was seriously considering purchasing. He was able to see possibilities as well as to point out deal breakers. Working with Don in this capacity helped me to educate myself about renovations, articulate what I wanted, and kept me from making purchases that would not have been as optimal as the one I ultimately purchased and now call home. If you are looking for an architect that can really add value through design, talk with Don.

Don is very easy to work with and gets the plans back for review quickly. Don said he would be willing to meet with the subcontractor if needed if questions should arise. I would recommend Don and use his services again in the future.

Don was very prompt and had the request taken care of the same day as requested. I would do business with Don again in the future should the need arise. Don said that he would be available for further assistance if we need it as we move forward with our project. Very reasonably priced.

Even after the design / development was complete, questions arose during construction and Don has been very attentive to solving these problems.

Don is easy to work with so far. We have looked at and approved the concept drawings for our cabin.

We found Don Parker through HomeAdvisor and we are lucky that we did. He worked with us to understand our desires and our budget and came up with very artistic and creative plans to get us our dream home. He did Architectural and Structural drawings for us. He took care of all the permitting related interactions, setup the required energy audits and also helped us screen and evaluate the contractors. He even offered to be the General Contractor if none of the contractors' bids were in our budget. He is a good man and is great to work with. Hire him, you will be thankful that you did.

We are pleased with the work he did, quite an imaginative individual.
