I found him to very neat, pleasant, a dedicated work ethic, very conscientious and always cleaned up the end of the day. A true perfectionist and detail oriented, his goal from day one was to meet my expectations as the home owner. If I have a need for more work to be done, I would definitely look to employ Dave again. Super great attitude and personality.
Description of Work: Dave Ireland laid the Durock and 16 X 24 stone tile on the kitchen floor, he also did the backsplash on the counter. In the hall bathroom he poured the shower pan, did the Travertine in the shower and did the same to walls and floor. He mounted the handicap bar in the master bath.
