Johnny arrived late but did call to say he would be running late and was very apologetic. When he arrived he went right to work cutting down the two trees and removing all the branches, limbs, etc. - cutting the stumps to the ground - raking and cleaning up all debris.

The team of Russell Mangus and Johnnie Higby (hence the company name) were scheduled to arrive at 8am. They called me at 7:30am to let me know they would be late but would arrive by 9am - they were at the tree at 9am. Even though they had to reschedule to a later time, the fact they called me BEFORE the appointment to let me know was AWESOME. The tree had to be climbed to cut down larger limbs and then they dropped it exactly where it needed to go - between the fence and the barn. Russ and Johnie were polite, friendly, professional and fun to work with. If I ever have anything that needs to be done in the future with my big trees (cutting off dead limbs, spraying, etc), I will call them directly and not bother to call anyone else. I had called 2 services already listed in Angie's List but neither of those services even bothered to return my inquiry phone call. Ronnie Hangus Tree Service called me back the next day and were able to provide the service the following week. Thank goodness they had posted small but high quality posters around my neighborhood.
