If I could give this company no stars I would. They are eager to come out to overcharge and under service you. When the part you need has to be shipped from oversees - BIG RED FLAG! Took numerous calls and a lot of run around to get our refund from them minus a service fee which is not listed on the receipt or the website. Still waiting for their so-called phone recording they are claiming they have. Lies, lies, lies.

Ron was very professional and very detailed. He really knows garage doors. We were grateful for his services, even came out on Sunday day before Memorial day!!! Thank you Ron!!

Same day response, replaced our broken opener in about 1.5 hours and pointed out problems with the new springs we had installed from another company less than a month earlier.

The repair person was named Avi and was an outstanding professional. He thoroughly understood the problem and promptly fixed it. I could not have been more satisfied with the job he did.
