Rex Roofing and Restoration handled my replacement roofing needs after a hail storm. My rep was Alex Sharp and he was very knowledgeable with all aspects of what it takes to replace the damaged roof. He was in constant communication and was actually here for the walk through with the insurance adjuster as well as the day of the install. The company has excellent workers that did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the work done on my roof and the value it has given to my home. I would recommend this company to others.

Rex Roofing did a great job replacing my old T-Lock shingles with modern architectural ones. The work was done at a fair price and in a timely manner. Most importantly, the company owner, Joe Reinhard, was instrumental in helping me navigate a time-consuming and difficult insurance claim and appraisal process. I canâ t think of a better or more knowledgable advocate to have when dealing with an insurer thatâ s less than willing to honor their coverage obligations. I canâ t recommend these folks highly enough!

I had a great experience working with Heartland Construction Services LLC (also known as Rex Roofing & Restoration, LLC). They were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and they were very customer service oriented. I contacted Joe from Heartland in January of 2022 for the first time. He appeared to be very transparent, knowledgeable, and honest. The company also had the right documentation, reviews, and insurance coverage required to finish the job. I feel like they explained the process extremely well from start to finish. They were also very familiar with the process of working with insurance. The company had a few hiccups with the project, but they handled them graciously and with a strong sense of urgency. For example, there was a delay in getting started because they needed to wait for the insurance company to approve the claim. However, once they got started, they were able to complete the roof installation in a day and they got me on the schedule in only a week's time (despite the overall delays in the industry). In other words, another company may have taken a month to get the project scheduled and materials ordered. They had also got some green skid marks on the driveway from moving the OSB boards, but were out in no time to power wash and scrub the driveway clean. Don was out there on his hands and knees. To me, that is a whole new level of dedication to customer service. Another company may have just snubbed its nose at my concerns and ignored them. Don, the project manager was out several times to make sure the job was done right. He even came back days later to finish painting the inside trim around the skylight. Shannon kept me informed and always was on top of addressing any concerns or needed information. Specifically, Shannon was always quick to respond and always had the answers to my questions. She was a great advocate for me as the customer and helped to keep the project on track (despite those delays because of insurance). I really appreciate all her help in getting the job done. Joe has a lot of experience with this kind of work, and he knows that insurance companies and building departments can be tough to deal with. He was really persistent in advocating for me and trying different approaches. His expertise and problem-solving skills were greatly appreciated. Heartland was also able to upgrade my roof with high-quality class 4 shingles and their team was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire project. They also went above and beyond getting the payout I deserved from my insurance company. The fight dragged on for much longer than it should have, but even the lawyers didn't care to take it on. I can only be eternally grateful for going to bat for the customer and doing what's in their best interest through and through. In short, Heartland Construction is top-notch in every way--I highly recommend them!

They were awesome snd very reasonable. They secured a palate of concrete shingles and then replaced all the broken shingles all for under $500. They were great. I highly recommend them!

The people that work here are kind, friendly, honest and loyal to their customers. The most exceptional work and did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. Work with insurance company to make sure everything is taken care of for you. This is the contractor for you.

This company doesn't do interior home jobs, yet they helped me with no hesitation. There are no words that can express how wonderful this company is. Heartland Construction Services LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done from the water damage. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offer to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. Once my project was completed is when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado. It almost brought me to tears, how do you thank a company stepping up like that. The project was to replace the roof on the house and garage which totaled about 21 squares. Joe showed up on short notice to meet with the Insurance adjuster. The roof replacement was complete in 8 days of when this visit with the Insurance adjuster was complete. Heartland Construction Services completed The house and garage roof in one day which included tear down and re-roofing!! I did had a leak around my chimney which has been a trouble area on the house. I called Heartland on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and their Foreman came out that night for a temporary repair. The Foreman then returned on Wednesday to repair the leak prone chimney. This repair was extremely thorough and a construction work of art!! With great communication and workmanship I Highly recommend Heartland Construction Services!!

Finished this project awhile ago so don’t recall specific details but the work was done quickly and we have had no issues. Would use them again

Heartland Construction Exceptional customer service! Shannon was a delight to work with. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the work being done. She made me feel comfortable talking to her . She assured me she would keep me informed about the progress being made and she did. No worries for me! Joe, (contractor ) is extremely professional and polite. He looks at the job in detail , making sure nothing was left out by my insurance company. Very polite and courteous. I Am a elderly women. I like how he had the patients to explain to me what was going to be done. How many people do that now days. It's so nice to have someone who cares about their Customers ! Ernesto, (supervisor ) Very friendly and knowledgeable about the work he was doing, which in my case was the roof. To make sure I was happy with his work ; he would ask me what I thought. That made me feel good because cared about my opinion. He would assure me that his workers do good work. I would not hesitate to have him do any kind of work to my home.

We needed some minor additions / repairs around the house. Some new flashing around the chimney, a gutter repair and a new section of gutter. The staff were very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with. They didn't charge an arm and leg and got it done on schedule.

From start to finish Joe and Shannon were on top of their game .Very satisfied and would use Heartland again and again. In fact we are thinking of a bathroom remodel my Wife and myself were contemplating fo a while.
