Description of Work: They did nothing. I called them and they returned my call the following day. I gave them the problems I needed corrected, they said they would call back the following day with an estimate. Never called....what lousy customer service

Description of Work: I had written down the wrong date for my service appointment. I called the office and Patty bent over backwards to try to make it work out on the date I had written down. A couple of hours later Chris arrived to check out my water heater. After his inspection he told me there was nothing wrong with it. He could have easily tried to sell me something that I didn't need, but he did not do that. Chris is a trustworthy guy and I will definitely call Pro Plumbing back for future needs.

Description of Work: We had several plumbing issues and a technician named Chris came out. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, very pleasant and totally proactive. He solved several complex and mysterious problems and was a total pleasure to work with. AND, they got us all sorts of discounts that saved us almost $300. These guys get a BIG thumbs up from me!!!

 + 1 moreThey are wonderful! They come soon after you call them and have fair pricing. They can send you the same person each time you call so you can be more comfortable with them. To fix my emergency leak, he even left his family picnic to help me. They are just amazing.

So when our floors started getting wet one Sunday and the sprinkler feeds started to power wash the side of my house I called on Pro Plumbing. We dried the floors and they were there first thing in the morning. Did a quick yet professional job and checked all the other lines in my house for further undetected leaks. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: Replaced water faucet in Garage. Replaced burst pipe feeding Sprinkler Replaced burst sprinkler vacumn unit.

I found Pro Plumbing Services on Angie's List and they were able to come out that very morning to fix it. Bryan came out and took care of it and gave me a new customer discount too! Nice we have found a plumber in our new neighborhood!

Description of Work: We added a gas line to our kitchen so we could put in a gas stove. They sent a representative out to inspect the job and give us a quote. We agreed with the quote and scheduled an installation. They were very prompt and professional and did an excellent job.

 + -1 moreIt was very cheap, it was just the price of the service call. They came out and took a look at it. They figured out that something was stuck in it. They took a plunger to it, and said a service call price will more than cover it. They were honest.

Work that was done was of excellent quality and I'd recommend them. Everyone at the company was very kind an professional. They also had the best rates out of their competition (another plumber, Bell, etc.).
