We were very impressed from beginning to end with the quality and professionalism of Potter Builders. We met with 3 different companies and none of them came close to this company  They listened to exactly what we wanted, were able to accommodate our requests, and made the entire process smooth.  They followed through with everything they promised from tearing down and hauling off the old deck, to completing the new deck. It was great experience working with this company. 

Potter Builders are totally professional, easy to work with, and very experienced in deck construction. They listened to what I wanted and provided recommendations, especially concerning the decking material, that improved the final product. They started the job on the agreed date and where on the job site , on time, every day. They handled all the permits and inspections with Pikes Peak Regional Building. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they left a clean job site when done. I highly recommend Potter Builders.

They built our gorgeous deck. They are dedicated, thorough, and extremely attentive to details, being perfectionist, courteous as well as being on time each day. I recommend them highly.
