 + -1 moreThey do a great job. They are on time and quick. I think they are great, and I have nothing to suggest in terms of improvements. I pay about $110 each time. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they are coming again this Friday to do the work.
Description of Work: I use Modern Maids Inc every other week for housecleaning. They come on Fridays.

 + -1 moreIt went great. Four ladies showed up ready to work, they cleaned the kitchen cabinets inside, washed the countertops and mopped all floors. Cleaned all bathrooms and basement kitchen area. I will definately call them to schedule regular house cleaning once we're all settled in.

 + -1 moreModern Maids has been cleaning my home for about 15 years. I appreciate that they have a team of people so they are in and out quickly - yet do a really wonderful job. Due to my travel, I have to adjust my cleaning dates and Patsy (the owner) is very flexible and accommodating. I recommend the company to friends who need a professional and reliable service.
