Larry Loeffler Home Maintenance

I called as I needed gutter repair or replacement. Talked to Larry, who asked that I text info to him (address, etc.). I know the phone works; assumed text went through. That was May 16th. Today is July 14th. Still waiting. No response, no call or text back to confirm receipt of my inquiry if indeed there WAS a problem. I needed help with a damaged gutter (remember all the rain?) --- and am still waiting. We've contacted three other companies, and no one seems to want to help. If we had a $2K job, maybe? This one may be $300 - 400 and we can't get anyone to do this work. This review is also going out for the other groups who basically refused to even give us the time of day when we can't do this job ourselves and are willing to pay someone to do it. Beyond disappointed - let's say disgusted.

I would highly recommend him. He came in and was very professional. He performed the work while I was on vacation. It was done completely to my satisfaction when I returned. The results were excellent. It was extremely professional-looking work. My overall experience with him was excellent.
