We had other projects botched by another company and Jim’s team happily repaired them, even though that wasn’t part of the original scope of work. I am giving them only a three-star rating because I had my kitchen painted yellow and the color that it was painted over has bled through I contacted him to see if he could come back out to do another coat and I did not get any response. Which is wrong being I am the one paying for the service. The other rooms did look good.
