The service I received from downright flooring was excellent. The most important thing to me was that they did what they said they were going to do and if they were ever running late they communicated so I could plan my life accordingly. He explains the process in detail and is very focused on floor preparation to ensure that your product will last a long time. I hired Lenny to do carpets on my entire new home I just purchased. There was OLD carpets and he tore them out, then sold me amazing new carpet and padding at a very reasonable rate. Lenny was on time, professional, honest and very hard working. He did what he said he was going to do and is a man of his word and very trustworthy. I highly recommend buying the carpet and padding from him and having him tear out and install.
