RICK & CHRIS PERFORMED THEIR USUAL EXCELLENT SERVICE IN PERFORMING THEIR DUTIES. THEY SPENT LONGER THAN EXPECTED ON THE FRONT DOOR WORKING WITH NEW LOCK AND HANDLE WE PROVIDED, BUT THEY HONORED THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, PRICE ALTHOUGH THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED DOUBLE, AND I WOULD NOT HAVE COMPLAINED.

My only complaint with this company was price. They were considerably higher than 6 other quotes I received. I felt comfortable with the abilities of this company from their workmanship to the nice way they treat customers but they were 30% higher than any other quote.

They were prompt in setting up the work; the construction work was neatly done, except for dust left in the closet comes when the attic access was located. The job took 2 men about 7 hours. I feel that the price was a bit high.

THE 3 PEOPLE I DEALT WITH FROM THIS COMPANY WERE PLEASANT AND CAPABLE. I WILL BE NEEDING HANDYMAN HELP MORE OFTEN AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AND HIRE THEM.

After four different contractors who could not come to my home within a month, it was a pleasant surprise to call Dixon's and have the job done immediately the next morning. Rick was punctual (he arrived before the carpet layers who were scheduled an hour earlier) polite, professional and fair.

Job 1: It has been a long time since I had such wonderful service. Rick was prompt, detail oriented and worked until the job was done right. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and professional. Rick even added a last minute request for a soap dispenser. He found one that matched my faucet, and even filled it with soap when he was finished to test and make sure it worked properly. With Dixon's Handyman Service around, there is no need to go anywhere else for all your home improvement needs! They honored a late Angie's List coupon that saved us $50! Job 2: Richy was very prompt and quick to assemble the railing. He arrived with not enough trim to finish the job, but immediately went to buy more and returned to finish the job within the hour. I can trust Dixon's to always provide the best work while striving to save us the most money.

DIXON'S WAS NOT THE LOWEST BID I RECEIVED, HOWEVER I WAS IMPRESSED BY DAVE (THE OWNER) KNOWLEDGE OF HISTORIC HOMES, AND IDEAS FOR THE PROJECT. HE WAS ALSO A NICE MAN. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK, THE CREW, REAGAN, AND DAVE.

THEY DO EVERYTHING IN A PROFESSIONAL-SCHEDULING, PRICING.

Dixon's is very high in demand so non-emergency service visits like ours was scheduled out one to two weeks. However, the person was on-time and very polite. His assessment was well thought out and quote provided was very reasonable. They were able to perform the work on the spot which was helpful. We will call them for future needs as were pleased with the experience and the knowledge of their personnel.

Dixon's was very responsive. They sent a rep to provide an estimate within a day or two of my call. They were very polite and willing to schedule the job immediately. Job was completed today. Rep cleaned up after himself, was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work, and with the price. We would hire them again, especially considering that we had asked several other companies to do the work last summer, and felt that others were unresponsive.

QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. STAFF VERY INFORMATIVE. HELPFUL WITH ORDERING DOORS, GETTING CORRECT ONE. VERY PUNCTUAL AND LEFT WORK AREA EXTREMELY CLEAN. A LITTLE ON HIGH SIDE FOR PRICE, BUT WELL WORTH IT FOR PROFESSIONAL JOB.

Did a very thorough job, and left my yard in good condition. However, I had asked them to do my detatched garage as well. (the other company I had used in the past, which was too busy to get to me this fall, has included my detached one car garage in the overall price for the cleaning, which was less than this company's price) They did not clean the garage gutters because a neighbor's dog evidently came into my yard through the gate that the worker left open while he was working, and growled at him. I was also informed that the garage would have been an extra charge if they had done it. Overall, I feel they did a good job on the house gutters, but I think they are a little high on prices, and I still have to deal with the garage gutters. I did appreciate that they worked me in to their schedule on short notice to take advantage of the warm weather we have experienced this week.

Experience was great. Nice people with the right skills. Showed up on time and completed the work for the estimated amount, even though I think it was more involved than originally thought. Frequently asked me if this sounded good to me as the door was rolling. They involved me in the process to make sure that I was satisfied.

THEY CANCELLED 2 APPOINTMENTS. ONE DUE TO ILLNESS. I HAD TO CANCEL A RESCHEDULE DUE TO ILLNESS. TOO MUCH DIFFICULTY CONTACTING OFFICE TO RESCHEDULE. OFFICE CONTACT PERSON OFTEN NOT AVAILABLE.

THE JOB TURNED OUT TO BE BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. THE WOOD WAS ROTTED PRETTY FAR BACK AND HE ENDED UP SPENDING MOST OF THE AFTERNOON WORKING ON THE PROBLEM (HAD TO RUN OVER TO THE HARDWARE STORE TO GET PARTS). HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT THE SAME DAY HE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT, WHICH WAS GREAT! HE ALSO SHOWED UP EARLY. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND GRACIOUS. PRICING WAS REALLY FAIR.

CRAFTSMAN WAS EARLY, WORKED STEADILY, AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY WHEN FINISHED WITH EACH SITE.

THE HANDYMAN DID A VERY NICE JOB ON REPAIRING THE DRYWALL CEILING, AND INSTALLING THE NEW EXHAUST FAN. THE PRICE FOR 2 HOURS OF WORK WAS HIGH IN MY OPINION, BUT THEIR STANDARD FEE FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK.

THEY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER HAD. IF THEY DIDN'T FEEL THE JOB I ASKED FOR WASN'T NECESSARY, THEY'D LET ME KNOW. THEY WERE VERY HONEST WITH ME. I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYONE AS NICE AS THEY ARE. THEY JUST BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP YOU.

JOB 1:THEY WERE TIMELY AT EACH STEP. ESTIMATE, MAN TO DO THE WORK. WORKMAN WAS DIGNIFIED, AND EFFICIENT, AND SKILLED. JOB 2:TOP NOTCH MEN.

RICK WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH DIXON. THE HANDYMAN WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. HE INSTALLED 2 OF THE DOORS WITH EASE. ON THE THIRD DOOR, HE HAD TO REPAIR THE DOOR JAM AND THEN INSTALL THE STORM DOOR. FINALLY, HE CLEANED THE GUTTERS OUT BY WALKING ALONG THE ROOF - LORD KNOWS I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE THAT BUT HE DID IT WITH EASE. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND EVEN REMOVED THE OLD STORM DOORS AND DEBRIS FROM THE GUTTERS. I FOUND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK REASONABLY PRICED AND WOULD RECOMMEND DIXON'S AGAIN.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK MORE THAN SATISFACTORILY.

THEIR WORKMEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, CLEAN, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A FEW EXTRA THINGS FOR ME THAT THEY POINTED OUT TO ME.

RICK HAD GOOD SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS.
