Jeff arrived on-time and completed the work in a very professional and competent manner. I want him back to install hardwood floors, masterbath sink and a kitchen back splash. He is terrific!

I thought they did an excellent job. They paid a lot of attention to detail. I didn't see any streaks or anything. After the job was done, I was happy with it.

I had a terrible experience. I sent a very scaving report to Angie’s List and then they held it because my window still leaked. I was afraid that if they got the report, they wouldn’t come back out and fix it. It went on and on and I ran out of space on the website. They replaced all of my windows and during the first big rain storm, 3 of them leaked. I had puddles of water in my house. The person from Dixon's kept blaming the manufacture and it took me almost 18 months to get brand new windows installed from them and from the manufacture. It was a case of him blaming the manufacture and the manufacture blamed him. I was the only one who was left with a wet house. His wife was the business manager and she was absolutely scaving. She was impossible to deal with and I was not happy. They finally got the windows fixed but there were a lot of threats going back and forth. They were very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to others.

They had a very fair price. We have an older home; so he was able to identify the things that were going to have to be done a little bit different since we have an old house. We really liked them; they are a small company and local company.

Range hood replacement went well. The bath fan/heater and GFCI outlet took longer than I had expected due to the need for running wiring for a dedicated circuit. Everything works perfectly so far; the three way rocker switch is perfect in the bathroom for the new fan/heater/light operation. Only one small issue in that the fan is not exactly paralell to the side wall, a fact that I doubt anyone will ever notice.

They installed an elevated commode for me. They had me choose the toilet myself, and they picked it up and installed it for me.

They did an excellent job. They were easy to get along with. They were punctual and trustworthy. We did not have problems with them at all and the experience was good. I would recommend them to other members. Their price was a little high.

It's been a while I've used them. I really like them and I would definitely use them again. They guy did a good job. He did an excellent job on the faucet. It was great. He was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. He was good overall. The service was good and he was also punctual. He was courteous. I thought the price was just a little high, but then I haven't done any of that kind of work in a long time.

They came right out when I called. They were prompt. They did a good job. I would definitely use them again. They were reliable. I never priced other companies for the same thing, so I am not sure about their price.

I have nothing but highest marks for them. I chose them because I had used them before and I have always had very good results with them. Their price is same as the other competitors or it may be a little bit lower, but their work is done promptly. They also back their work. I would use their services in the future too.

Dixon always does a good job. I was a bit concerned that the windows were not tight at the sill, but they adjusted them until they fit to my satisfaction.

They gave me a quote and a discount on that quote considering my past records with them and for being an Angieslist member. The quote was reasonable.

I give them A+ all the way down. The owner, David, and his wife, Reagan, are very professional. He does, what I consider, exceptional quality work. All the comments I left in the previous report for the other work they did, still applies. I would definitely have them back again. I recommended them to a family member that lives in Hendricks county, but Dixon's doesn't go out to Hendricks county. I would recommend them to others that live in the area they cover.

They arrived on time, assessed the problem, and fixed it quickly. He then explained what had caused the problem.

The initial stopper originally seemed okay but didn't quite fit so I had to call them about coming back out to look at it. They apologized and came out right away. This time they were able to replace stopper with one more like the original and I have not had any problems since.

They were very honest. When a structural problem with support beam came up, they thought it would cost much more than it did. They were able to find a better way to repair it because they found that it wasn't as damaged as initially thought. They are perfectionists. They took their time and put a lot of effort into the project. At the end, David Dixon told me that he had probably quoted me low (due to unexpected time length) but he stuck with the original price quote.

They were pretty good. They fixed the things that I wanted them to. There were a few issues that they weren't able to resolve. They were punctual and professional.

They were great. I thought they were very professional. Part of the work was precipitated by the hailstorm, so they had to work with the insurance company. They did a great job of explaining why the cost was what it was. Their team worked very well.

Our overall experience was fine. Nothing too much stood out about the company. I liked the fact that they didn't get on our roof. We would use them again in the future if needed.

I enjoy using Dixon's for any of my household needs...Reagan (in the office) is very nice and professional, and Jeff (my handyman for the day) is knowledgeable, friendly, and very capable. I have used them before, and I'll definitely use them again.

He responded promptly and thought the problem though and discussed options with us before proceeding with the work. He was courteous, clean, respectful of our property, and knowledgeable. He was honest and fair priced. We were very pleased with his service and would recommend him highly. If the need arises we will not hesitate to use his services again.

After playing phone tag to get an appointment to evaluate the job, everything went well. They are very professional. I will have them come back for future carpentry needs.

I called them on Tuesday and they never called me back. I called again this morning, (Friday), and they didn't respond, so I called again this afternoon. I tried to get an appointment for someone to come out and provide an estimate for re-siding the back of our house. I made an appointment for Monday, and the secretary called back and said that because I had received an estimate from them in the past for a security door, they would not do this estimate for free. With the security door, I chose to use a different company because they provided a better price and the salesman was much more pleasant and coopertive to work with. It seems strange that even though it was a totally different service and project, they refused to provide a free estimate.
