We are a small owner/operated business that specializes in hardwood flooring and custom stairs. We currently accept payment via, credit card, check or cash. We typically require a 30% deposit for most jobs but the % can sometimes be higher depending on the project and material costs involved. Additional DBA - DaVinci Flooring.

Project has not started yet.
Description of Work: Wood for this project should be delivered next week. So far we are very satisfied with DaVinci. We'll be extending wood from kitchen/entry into the family room. Also we are having the stairs, including new railings/posts, a loft area and master bedroom.

Unfortunately, this floor was actual 2x4 studs in a handyman crafted work shop, not any type of common hardwood flooring. Not much we could do with the project.

The job was satisfactory.
Description of Work: Brought them in for a refinish of a small section of hardwood floor. They did not complete a total refinish after reviewing the condition of the floor, but definitely spruced them up quite a bit.

Description of Work: I had had trouble connecting with this busy company however, I persisted because I saw his work and it was fabulously beautiful. I tried one last time, he did not respond so I reviewed him poorly, 5 days later he contacted me. We set an appt for an estimate. He came on time and spent a lot of time measuring and discussing what would be best in my home. He set a date to start work and although it is a few months out, we have a date and I am seeing this as positive.Dan is a very nice man and cares about his work, I am glad I stuck with him. Will review again after the floors are completed in May.
